i called this company to repair a faucet/water line leak on or about august 2nd; i was told that…read morethey could not come out until august 15. on august 15, they called to say they could not come out until august 23, due to emergency work they were doing. when i stated that this was an unreasonable delay, after waiting two weeks already; i was then told that they don't work on mfg homes anymore. this company has been to my current residence multiple times over the last ten years, and was fully aware that i live in a mfg home during the initial phone call; yet i was never told that they were unwilling to do the work i requested because i live in a mfg home. this was not a major emergency repair; i simply needed some new faucets installed, and the faucet water line repaired/replaced; it did not require them to climb under my house. although i have a 2nd bathroom; it was a major inconveinance not to have the use of the additional bathroom for two weeks. all they had to do was be upfront and honest about their new mfg home policy during the initial phone call; and i could have, as i did today; simply call another plumbing company to schedule an appointment to have the work done. fortunately; there are other plumbing companies available if you do not want to be treated like this my name is james reese, i live at 667 lazy rd; deerfield, oh. 44411; and as a customer of many, many years; i am disappointed in the way i was treated by alliance drain and sewer.

Home run. Specifically, the well seemed to run dry while flushing out sediment after a routine pump replacement. His guys initially thought it wasn't recovering, not refilling fast enough. When Dave arrived from another job, he came up with a couple of additional theories, and promised to return and try them. Next day he pulled the pump, found it had become clogged with sediment. In addition, thinking maybe it was sitting above the static level, he measured the depth of the well and found it was much deeper than we thought. So he added additional pipe to bring it well under the static level with *plenty* of room to spare. When it was all done I had an improved well setup and he didn't ask for a penny more than the original price we agreed on.

Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

Best of all, he charged me less than the other company, and he actually fixed my lights! After seeing how well he did, my partner eagerly collected his contact info. BEWARE! This guy took every dime I received from the insurance company and did about 75G worth of…read morework. After the last 21K I gave him, for a total of 184, he disappeared for 90 days. When he finally showed back up, he had gone behind my back and tried to get 25G more. With that news, I fired him. He never pulled permits, put the wrong color roof on, and the glass block windows are wrong. Left my house without gutters for over a year. He stole my ladder, all the siding that is supposed to be on the house, and then broke into my house and stole all the trim and my gas cans. He was told to set up a time with the police there to gather HIS things. No one will finish the job because there are too many things he did wrong, but mostly because he didn't pull permits. He tiled all the way to the door opening, so there is no space to put trim. The electric outlet is in the way, too. I could write a book! Everyone I have had come look at the house says there is 75g done and 100k to finish, remembering I gave him $184,000. I received a quote to finish the outside for 8000! I paid him 100g for just the outside, and the bank and insurance signed off on that and gave him more money, and it's not done. Paid 100%. We had a contract for inside and outside. The contract included garage doors to be put up but it was not done. That wasn't included in the 8g estimate. If you would like to discuss further or are interested in finishing, give me a call!
