My Mother passed away last week and as I was with her she was surrounded by lilac flowers from bushes at her house. As a memoriam I wanted to get a white lilac bush to plan at my house. TJ was awesome- at first we could not find what I was looking for so he was determined to make my memoriam a reality. He gave my wife and I instructions on how we could grow lilac bushes from her plants and it would be like taking a part of her home with us. In the end, we were able to find what I was looking for and got a great deal on them. It was awesome that I wa snore than just a sale to TJ, he was trying to help me solve a problem. They make you pay up front for the install but then it takes 2 months to get anything installed. They Canceled our original appointment then promised to be at our home first thing the next day and it's now noon time and still waiting, very poor customer service and they act like they don't give a shit when you call asking when they will be here. Not happy with this company at all and will probably never go back unless our trees die because we got the install with the one year warranty......stay tuned. read more

I used this company to mulch my about 3 years ago with positive results so I figured I would use them again this year. Bad choice - I had a date and time scheduled - about an hour and a half after they were suppose to be on the job, I called the office and was told they had to move a few things around but they would be here after noon. Well after noon turned out to be afternoon as they showed up at 3:00pm with the wrong color mulch - sent them away and called the office and planned to try again the next day at 9:00am. The crew showed up right on time with the right product - had a bit of trouble getting the blower going so they got started by 10:00 and finished around 2:30pm - as the two guys were about to leave (without any check in with me) I went out to check on the results, wow am I glad I did. Worst job I have every had done from any company at any time (I mulch every year). Overspray on the lawn, in my crushed stone, and river rock borders as well as many thin spots where very little mulch had been applied. I told them they were not done for they day, that the results were unacceptable and showed them everything that was wrong. I called the office and spoke with the office manager who took my information and said she would call me back in about 15 minutes - but she never called. The worked another 40ish minutes cleaning up and then picked up their stuff and left - again no check into see if I was satisfied with the work. I went back out and walked the yard again and in some respect it may have been worse than before they fixed everything. A call into the office was a useless as the call about an hour before as I reached an answering machine and my message to get a return call was newer fulfilled. So PLEASE do yourself a favor if you care about getting a job done right and DO NOT use this company for mulch - the results are terrible and their customer service is even worse! read more

They are excited to walk you through the property to show you everything that you can purchase, offering up different suggestions as well. Prices are about average for what you are purchasing. Plants and shrubs are incredibly healthy and very well cared for. George worked hard to make sure our plants were delivered next day. When we hardscape our back yard, we will visit them again for another design and purchase. read more

If you aren't a plant expert and have a plant question, you might want to try another nursery. The staff member that I dealt with was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her from the moment I walked in. I inquired about smaller hanging baskets since all I saw were a few large ones and she said, "What you see is what we have. We really don't do flowers". Then I asked a few questions about flowery shrubs, rudely, again, she said, "Look honey, I don't know what you're looking for". Well, neither did I, which is why I was asking questions! Needless to say, I didn't buy any plants from her and will never buy anything from there again. I told the rude lady that I will just take some compost and she told me to come back up and pay for it after it was loaded in my truck. I drove around back, got loaded up, drove back to the front to pay for it. After I paid for it and was backing out, she flagged me down like a mad woman asking if I paid for it. Why, in God's name would I drive around back, get the compost, drive back around to the front, park and then leave without paying?! Super rude lady. read more
