I have been coming here now for seven months and I feel like I need to tell everyone my experience. Laura who answered the phone was BEYOND helpful and such a delight! I was moving from another state and needed to establish a new doctor and I was able to get in around my time not the doctors time. (I love the flexibility they offer ) Laura called me to confirm my appt the day before and asked me if I had any questions and even asked about my move! ( No one ever stops to ask how people are these days!) When I arrived I was there 15 mins early and I was the only patient in the waiting area. ( I read reviews they over book there are over 8-10 people waiting which is a LIE!!!!) I was greeted by the Dr and we went over all my medically and past doctor visit. For privacy reasons I will not list why I was there but when I left I felt very comfortable with the staff and the Dr. I am going on my 8 month and I enjoy coming here. On Monday at 2:15pm I asked if I was going to receive a virtual link for my appointment at 3. They said that the therapist would email me the link 30 minutes prior to the meeting. So I waited... and waited... and waited. At 3:22 the therapist finally messaged me telling me that the company never informed them of our appointment and we'd have to reschedule. I was confused and told the therapist that the company told me that she as the therapist was supposed to contact me before the meeting. Then I get a call from the company. A woman informed me that my therapist had a medical emergency and was unable to attend my appointment. To which I said, that doesn't make any sense, the therapist just told me that you as the company never looped her in that she had an appointment with me. The woman on the phone said nooo that's not correct, let's just make a new appointment, what day are you available. Immediately, I did not feel respected and this back and fourth was extremely unprofessional. I informed the woman that this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be looking for services elsewhere. Then the woman said okay and hung up. The therapist then texted me that the company didn't put my appointment on the correct date on her schedule. Which makes no sense to me. Why contact me about our appointment on a day that my appointment isn't apparently scheduled for??? Someone or multiple people were lying, I'm unsure. Please save your time and do not go here. They need to improve their custom service greatly.

He didn't deliver on his promises. His office people are very nice but this is the only positive. PS - If you read the older reviews, you'll find out that all 5 stars are about the doctor's bedside manner, but no real praises for treatment results.

I had a virtual appointment scheduled, made it in the office at my previous appointment. I logged in 10 mins early and waited. The appointment time passed, I waited assuming the the Doc was running behind. After about 40 mins I gave up and left. Called the next morning to reschedule and was told that someone had tried to call me before the appointment and since I did not answer they assumed that I was a no show and were charging me $125. I explained that I put my phone on silent as not be disturbed during the session, and that I was not informed that they would call first. I am not psychic!! None of that mattered and they insisted I pay $125 before I could reschedule, I told them to lose my info and a few other choice words. How brilliant to lose a many time repeat patient over $125. I kept receiving bills for $125 every month. After about 6 months I sent them a certified letter rehashing the event and informing that if they sent this to collections I would counter-sue (one of my best friends is a retired lawyer and bored), I never heard another word. That was maybe 3 years ago. Today I received a VM telling me that my account is in collections and to call them to discuss a settlement payment. DAMN they must be desperate for $. So, I called and the only thing that I was told was that they will put a note in my file. I asked about the registered letter that I sent and pointed out that it was years ago and got nothing but silence. I called my buddy tonight and he told me to keep checking my credit report, and if this shows up let him know ;-) Bottom line, a few shekels is more important than patients @ Lotus Wellness.

Our adult daughter suffers from bipolar and PNES. Over the last 3+ years, she had regular bipolar…read moreepisodes every 4-6 weeks. Regarding her PNES, she would get an aura and often a seizure that would last 3-12+ hours. Even with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and medication, the seizures only reduced and auras reduced to about 2 times per week. We had our first visit with Dr. Kye in January. After asking us numerous questions, he concluded we were mostly treating the symptoms and not the cause. He changed about half her medication. In the past 6 weeks, she has had no auras.
