The shop up the block "auburndale tires" tried to scam me for 150$ to remove ONE stripped bolt & I had to leave my car over night! I know it's extra work to remove a stripped bolt but 150$ is outrageous, the shop up the block " Genesis Auto Town" wouldn't even check my car because I needed an appointment for the next day to change my tire what a joke!! One simple google search helped me find Mr Tire. He is way more humble and professional with his clients! He deserves this recognition and more! To remove the stripped bolt and patch a hole in my tire he only charged me 40$!!! that's 110$ less than the shop up the block!! Jose helps out this community & the people in it and it shows! I had done business with New Prime a few previous times with inspections and minor repairs and I've always had a positive experience with them. They're honest and straight up with me. I called Tom from Brendan's, who had always been so kind and helpful whenever my car needed a fix, while I was waiting in the dealership lobby and he told me to bring the car by as soon as possible. Eric and Tom took the time to check if I actually needed all of these repairs (I didn't, only a few that I already knew about from my last visit to Brendan's and hadn't gotten around to fixing yet) and gave me a MUCH more reasonable cost. Car was done early the next morning. As a young girl who lives across the country from her family and has zero car knowledge, people like the staff at Brendan's really make such a difference. Always so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Thank you guys again!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I am Chris, the owner of a white 2012 Nissan Rogue that was serviced here in 2022. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle. Whether you agree with me or not, I have had to live with the results of these experiences for years.
