They did an awesome job fixing our tire puncture. Quick. Friendly. We really appreciated how everything went. $25 cash. A bit more than we have paid in brooklyn but that's ok! read more

OMG. A true series of unfortunate events I have been driving around with my tire indicator shining bright on my dashboard and kept stalling, telling myself I would deal with it later. Bad idea. I just got off the Hugh Tunnel on my way to Jersey for work, heading toward the Lincoln, when I suddenly heard the weirdest noises. Next thing I know, my tire completely busted. Of course, being in the city makes everything harder. Finding a tire shop out here is nothing like Brooklyn, where there are ten shops within five miles. I looked up a place, drove all the way there, only to find out they were closed. At that point, I crossed my fingers and hoped Carlos Tires would still be open and thank God they were. They were quick, professional, and had me back on the road in no time. Truly a lifesaver. If you ever need tire help while you're in the city, I definitely recommend them read more

Hit a pothole on the highway, and shredded my run flat. Cesar and his coworker are lifesavers. I thought I had to call my insurance and get a tow past midnight. They had a spare run flat in my size and cost less than $150 after tax to fix, and it was super quick. Cesar is also cool as hell too, good dude, great conversation. Highly recommend read more

Keeping it real out here in Hudson Yds/Hells Kitchen Really saved my whole day when I got the flat at 6 in the morning, took a minute to spot the guys when I got there but they were helpful when I spoke with them. Unfortunately my tire was ripped from driving after the pop, nonetheless they got the job done at a reasonable price for the city. Hopefully don't have to go back again, not that the service was bad. read more

We LOVE Carlos' Flat Fixed, and we love Cesar and Tono! We just got back from having 2 nails taken out of one of our tires. The PSI was steadily dropping, and I wasn't sure we could even make it to them. Cesar told me the best way to drive over, and within 10 minutes, the tire was plugged. Great guys, great service, open 24 hours - a true pleasure, not to mention lifesavers! read more

This shop is awesome. Going to Garden to see the Rangers, alert that my tire pressure was dropping. Looked on Google and found this shop. Pulled up and two gentle men jacked up the car, took off the tire, showed me the staple in the tire, repaired it and charged me a nominal fee. Back in car and headed to Garden. 15 min from start to finish. They were awesome, highly recommend read more

You pull up front day or night without an appointment and with a flat tire or tire going flat, and you are greeted by a man out on the sidewalk in front of the ... with a rolling jack who immediately jacks up your car and with a power lug nut remover, pulls your wheel off and rolls it into the shop ... and all of this happens in less than 10 minutes. If you like, you can walk right in and watch him immediately pull the tire off the rim with his machine, plug the tire, put it back on the rim, and fill it with air. Within minutes, he installs the wheel back on the car, and within 20 minutes of pulling in you are out of there with your repaired tire, mounted and rolling on your car. I am a Manhattan resident and drive a lot at night and on occasion pick up a nail or a screw. If I am far from the shop, I change the wheel myself and then drive into the shop and they plug the wheel and put it back on my car and put away my spare ... WITHIN MINUTES! They are so cheap that I feel compelled to give them a tip and always do. They have been operating there for years. read more

Great service ! Cesar helped me and he was so great and helpful. This was my first time having a leak and he was super nice, helpful, and informative. I had a little piece of plastic in my tire that shockingly caused a leak and he plugged it right up. Taking the tire off and Checking for damage is 10 if they find nothing, 15 if they find something and plug it up. Definitely would go back if I ever need anything. P.s I never write reviews but I had such a good experience I decided I had to share ! read more

These guys are so amazing! I live an hour and a half outside of the city and got a flat tire right before heading to the Lincoln tunnel to head home. Luckily my husband had told me about this place and that it was 24 hours and I was able to get my tire pluggedand was back on the road in under six minutes. The best $20 plus tip I've ever spent to be able to make it home to my two young daughters only 10 minutes later than I expected. They were truly my guardian angels tonight! read more

Fast, friendly, honest service. Cash only. In and out in 10 minutes. My only complaint is that they only carry budget tires. That's great when you're in a pinch and just need a quick replacement, but if you want high-performance tires, then you'll want to go to a big box store in the suburbs. read more

This is a no frills business in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. They removed the nail in my tire and patched it up in no time. I was charged 25.00 and made sure to tip well. Service takes place in 2 parking spots in front. The challenge is where the street is one lane so once you let them know you're here, don't be surprised if you have to swing around the block- but they try their best not to let that happen. read more

These guys are terrific. Fast, honest, professional, friendly. Repaired a tire in minutes. Fabian was a real pro. You can fully trust them.

I had a nail in my tire which was causing a slow leak. I was surprised to find this hidden gem open on a Sunday! No wait and tire fixed within minutes :) read more

I cant complain. Ive been dealing with a slow leak in my rear passenger tire for at least a month now and decided to stop by carlos' to get my tire plugged. I only had to wait about 5 minutes in line before one of the guys jacked my car up and got to work. They found three nails in my tire and I watched the guy take them out to make sure he didn't plant them, I know, I don't trust mechanics. He even retested each plug. He said he'd charge me $20 for the total amount of work which seems fair seeing how its really supposed to be $15 per plug. Although the guys were cool with me don't expect perfect customer service and friendly smiles. Its a TIRE REPAIR shop guys! Not a flower shop. I'd recommend these guys. read more

Sometimes you need a specialist. When my garaged SUV had a flat this morning, I changed the tire and drove over to Carlos' to get the flat looked at and repaired. The team here is friendly, responsive, practical and goes the extra step to make sure everything is right. They aired my other tires, fixed the flat, put my spare and repaired tire back, and had me driving away in about half an hour. The cost was reasonable. They also sell tires, and will order the tires you want. I asked, because I like to know ahead what my options are, and they were so pleasant and capable that I'd rather work with them when the time comes to get new tires. I highly recommend this business. read more

Two tires losing air slowly. Months go by. I inflate, ignore, forget, ignore, inflate. Street sweeping is canceled. I don't move car for a while. Uh oh both tires nearly flat. Go to Carlos' 8:30 pm; they fix both tires in under ten minutes. One had a nail, the other a slowly leaking valve. Plug / new valve boom, easy. So fast professional and friendly. Carlos' Flat Fixed - Plugging a nail hole in a tire. - Tires Near Me - New York, New York

Fixed a flat tire in 5 minutes and charged fairly. Best in town! Very convenient and the staff are very professional and friendly!

It was fast and only cost $20, glad to know there's still a good 24 hour tire shop around

This here tire dose not need to be replace so why you guys charge my little brother $200 for a new tire when it's not needed why would you guys sell my little brother a brand new tier instead of patching the hole is what I want to know? Doesn't make sense. It's not right what you did to my lil brother you guys took advantage of him, and I'm really upset about it. You guys are not professional! read more

This experience was fantastic! I pulled up in front with a flat tire. They had my wheel off, diagnosed the problem, let me know, and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes flat. They even showed some warmth and kindness, encouraging me to leave my car on because it was a hot day and my infant daughter was in the back seat. I paid $15 to have a nail hole repaired, and it was so great I gave them a $5 tip. I would definitely go back in a similar situation. FYI, cash only. read more

This past Thursday we were going to Providence leaving at 10AM but when I got the car I noted that the left rear tire was very low. I had picked up a nail. Looking at a long delay I was advised of Carlos. We got there at about 10:05 and the tire was off and plugged and we were on the road at 10:15 totally surprising me. And the plug is good. I am going to get formal tire repair with a patch inside but Carlos saved the day. A big thumbs up. And for $15. I gave the guy a $20. What a great start. Thanks Carlos read more
