Our older sons have attended other area private schools during their middle and high school years, including one that might be considered a more "elite" school by others. Harding had the opportunity to travel to FRA for Basketball State Play offs. With both sides fans energized and cheering with all the fever pitch of a NCAA Final Four game and Refs along with coaches leading there respected teams in the final seconds of a grinding game, order was maintained and fair play was on display for all to see. At the final shot to win the game FRA basketball team fell short on points but Player and Fans rose above it in an awesome display of sportsmanship to congratulate the visiting team. Several FRA Boosters/Fans wished us good luck in the finals and thanked us for driving the three hours up to support our team. Several told us, "Safe travels and we look forward to playing you next year". Two words to summarize; Outstanding School.

Look deeper at grades, accomplishments, and scholarships of minority students vs. others. IncentIves for good academics is always school Tshirts. No rewards for honor roll or passing state testing. Most minorities are not recommended for scholarships.

I came to Ensworth last minute to attend high school my freshman year. They welcomed me in with open arms and did not brag at all about their success but let the school and there students speak for itself. Yes, this school is very exclusive Pre 1st - 12th but it isn't for no reason. I cannot even begin to explain how phenomenal the faculty and staff is at Ensworth. I can go back and visit many of my teachers and converse about my endeavors and the growth of the school. They truly care. Also the college counseling department is very helpful with the students college application process. In addition, academically I was more than prepared for college. Anyone to say any different probably comes from a rival school which is natural. As a student I use to hear it all the time. If you do not want to believe me look at where our graduating students are attending school and their accomplishments just in high school. For example, out of my graduating class of 105, 3 students where accepted to Harvard and that is just the beginning. The facts are indisputable.
