I've been to this location a few times being inside Santa Fe, the food is good, kind of pricy like everything else these days but the food is cooked to order. I've had burgers a few times, tonight I decided to try a grilled chicken sandwich. They use a real chicken breasts that they butterfly and cook to perfection. The lady here who cooks is friendly and does and amazing job. The lady who takes the orders is kind of short and almost rude and if you don't check your order she forgets things. Tonight a guy in front of me ordered his food then went to play a little. His food was ready before he came back and it was put under a lamp to keep it warm. When he came back, she forgot who he was and when he asked about his food she told it's not ready and to wait. I pointed out to him that his food was sitting there and when he told her that he was Jeff and his food was there she got annoyed. She was in the process of making my shake that she forgot about when she gave me my order. He asked for extra ketchup and some ranch and the look on her face was a look of disgust. Oh my if you go into the Santa Fe Station to this location, just go to the cafe and get the $7 burger fry special!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had regarding burgers. They used to be great burgers and although more expensive than most it was worth it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BURGER They charge 2.25 for a slice of American cheese. My fiancé and I come in from out of town and make a special stop here, because of two reasons - 1. This location has the BEST chicken tenders, they are so fresh and crispy! We prefer these way over Wingstop's right next door. Don't sleep on these! 2. TROY! He is an absolute joy and is always so friendly and kind. On Mothers Day I came to Fatburger to get a meal. The cashier I think his name was Troy he was a very nice and respectful gentleman that was very patient with me ordering even though it was extremely busy. The woman on the grill older Caucasian was seriously in a very bad mood yelling and cursing maybe because it was busy but there is a time and place for all that. The cashier was holding his composure very well for how busy it was. The woman really needs to be retrained and learn to respect others especially the people she works with. I didn't even want my food because the woman that was cooking was so mad I know my food was not made with love and it would taste like shit. I took my order and just discarded it and went to Capriottis. I will not return if that woman is there working. She is terrible and made me feel some type of way. read more

Decided to stop in fat burger inside Santa Fe because the one on rancho closed! Walked up to the counter was treated by Stacy super nice lady took our order and let us know that refills are free until midnight. The food came out hot and yummy as expected from fat burger. The food here is more like 4 stars but sooo not worth the price they charge. I got a half pound burger and fries, the wife had a babyfat, which was incredibly small, and an order of onion rings. 2 drinks and the total was 45 bucks! We found this place on yelp but didn't realize it was in a casino. The wait staff were very nice and despite it being in a casino the seating outside the restaurant was fairly quiet. They have very good lemonade. The burgers were fresh made and very good. We had them the way the store recommends and they were good. We got the smallest burgers available. Our 3 year old got the kids burger. The food was all very good. Their gluten free bun was literally THE BEST I've ever had!!! My husband said my GF bun was perhaps better than his regular bun. Very efficient. We had a large order as did others and it wasn't a long wait plus the order was perfectly executed with all the separate differences requested in each burger. Very happy. Also the location is close to the east garage so you don't have to walkthrough the whole casino to get a burger. My sister & her family like the turkey burgers and my husband liked his chili burger. They put mustard, relish & pickles on every burger so if you don't like vinegar be sure to remember all three. They have fat fries & skinny fries. My only complaint is that you have to add cheese which isn't cheap in fact fatburger is kinda expensive for burgers & fries. read more

I'm tossed between consumer common sense and hunger. On one hand they have decent food. But I just don't believe they are worth the price. However, they are open late and sometimes that's worth the prices they charge. Tonight, I ordered just a large drink and a chocolate shake at a whopping cost of $13. And I will be honest Nielsens had just closed and so I was committed. The shake has to be the highest profit item next to a drink, because $8 dollars for chocolate syrup and soft serve is about $3 inflated. But again they have decent food, I just don't think they should be so inflated. I don't want to discourage anyone from eating here, just know you have other options. read more

The shakes are I am a banana lover and the Maui banana shakes are the absolute BEST!! I love the freshness of the burgers but I wish there was a little more sauce. Fat burger is very expensive but well worth it! One of my spots for when I want a burger that tastes like it was homemade! read more
