They refused my refund request despite the obvious signs of dry-rot pictured on the piece of garbage they sent me. I wish I had checked Yelp because it seems I'm not the only one who got ripped off. Scum of the Earth. I got a flat tire a few days ago and decided to take my car to their tire shop…read moreto have it patched. I asked the mechanic specifically if the patch would hold up, and he replied, "yes". I get my car back and didn't even drive it five miles before the patch blew out and the tire went flat again. I took the car back to them this morning to have the tires replaced. I explained my situation to the owner of the shop, showed him my receipt and he and I agreed that I should get a free tire to replace the patched flat. I had also requested a new front tire for the right side of the car too so the tires would wear evenly. I was okay with paying for that tire. Once the tires were installed, we went to the back of the shop to pay for the tires. The owner asked me how much I payed the last time I was there. I told him that it was $20 for the patch. He then told me that I would have to pay for both new tires because the tire his shop patched was not originally one of his and thus he couldn't offer a guarantee on it. Mind you, I was not previously alerted to this policy, and when I asked his mechanic if the tire would hold up, he offered me his guarantee that it would. After a long argument with the owner of the shop, I agreed that he would put my donut and original right tire back on and I would just pay him for the labor of doing so. These people are complete scum bags. Do not give them your business. I can't speak for their pawn shop attached to the tire shop, but I'd have to imagine they are just as shady.
