Customer service 4/5
Food
*Fat Fook Chicken Chop - sits right between juicy and dry. Flavorful but offset by the slight toughness of the meat. Needs more acidity.
*Taiwanese Stewed Pork Spareribs - "melts in your mouth" meat consistency. Well balanced smoky and sweet notes. Portion size is just right. Could do well with a small crunch component.
*Shrimp Fried Rice - the entire ensemble lacks crunch, but umami notes is plenty to go around. Kitchen gave us a version made with freshly cooked rice not leftover rice quality so it looked like mush. Corrected quickly but still made with cooked rice - a definite "no no" for fried rice.
