She told me the truckers break them or steal them. But still that's not an accurate reason to not have them. Truckers truly not this accommodation to keep the windshield and mirrors clean. The staff was super helpful in guiding during the crap winter weather storm. Gas was also a better price compared to my last gas stop. Gas prices posted were $3.06 for regular. After paying $4- $5 in across the country. It was a pleasure to see a drop in gas pricing. The actual price at the pump is $3.79. When I went into challenge that, the attendant said well, that gas price is only on pumps 9 - 14. She told me about the sign posted on the pumps which I missed.. The attached photo is the sign on the pump. It mentions nothing about gas prices that regular fuel advertised price is on pumps 9 to 14. Just be aware that you're going to get charged $.70 more per gallon if you don't use pumps 9-14. read more

Absolutely the most unethical way to do business. From the interstate you see a credit price for regular unleaded at $1.94. Went pump to get gas, and realize that the unleaded price was $2.69. Went in to point out the error and they say that is only for the same gas but only at pumps 9 through 12. There are signs. But this business should be fined by the state. This is how they are able to renovate the inside of the store. By scamming people. I will be contacting the state to look into this business and their practices. Gas price on Giant Sign was $3.44/gallon (credit). On pump it was $3.99/gallon. We called after filling to see why and were told that only a few pumps have the lower price and the rest are higher... I pulled up to an open pump, went inside to pay and went outside and pumped my regular unleaded gas. When the pump shut off at $15.00, I noticed I only received 5 gallons of gas. Pulled in to get gas because the signage to the freeway said 2.09 for unleaded paid by credit card. Once I paid for my gas I saw I was charged 2.59 a gallon. Went inside to get my refund and the girl behind the counter told me that because I was on pump 7 I paid an extra fifty cents a gallon. If I was on pump nine and up then I would only pay 2.09 a gallon. Would not give me a refund, stating that I had gotten an enhanced version of unleaded. However the receipt that the pump printed out said plain unleaded. This place is a rip-off. Steer clear! read more

So instead of paying the listed price for offroad fuel I was within 7 cents of just buying road fuel. Advertised price was $3.279. I paid $3.50. Their men's bathroom smells like 10 truckers all collectively ripped up the tile, urinated on every square inch of the sub-floor and then professionally replaced the tile and left. Joyously giving each other high fives. The result is the feeling that you contracted a vanerial disease through the soles of your shoes. Then you have the issue of their pricing tactics. The posted unleaded fuel price is only available at certain pumps and is not clear marked which pumps have that price. I feel this is shady. I talked with employees inside after seeing the discrepancy and they admitted that it was a shady practice but out of their control. If place advertises a price it should be available at each pump or clearly designate how to get that price. I will never choose this location again. read more

When I went back in for my receipt I was given a 400.00 receipt with no "change due" and sale "complete" Before I left, I realized I didn't get the proper receipt for tax purposes and went back in to get it. This is one of the worst fuel stops . First I go in to prepay 700 with my com data. The gal kept arguing with me saying I cant get cash back. I said that's fine I have 365 gal tanks and it WILL use it all I'm at 1/4 tanks . She then started to argue with me again . Told her fine just do 500. Now after fueling I have just under 3/4 Tanks and will need to stop again to fuel. Being winter and temps down in the negative I keep my tanks full. I have 4 trucks and I can say I will be taking my business other places.. Also to top it off she charged me .89 for hot water in my mug.. I recommend going to other service stations. Criminals! They advertise one price and only have a few select pumps with the the gas at the advertised price. They claim to have signage but I found only if you look for them. They also claim they only use a few pumps with the advertised price to offer more choices in gas. How many more choices are out there besides the usual 3? Some people don't have the luxury or flexibility of choosing a pump by number if they are hauling a trailer or mobile home. The walmart across the street has the same advertised price with higher octane. Stay away from this place! They basically stole 12 dollars from us! DO NOT GO HERE -- BEWARE GAS SCAM! I see that other reviewers have noted the same here. We stopped because Fat Dogs was just across the highway from our motel and advertised low gas prices. Little did we know -- these prices are available only at pumps 8-12, as noted by a small sign on the pumps. Once we moved the car, pumps 8 and 9 could not accept credit cards and pump 10 wouldn't allow you to choose regular gas. So in effect, you might be able to get the advertised price for regular gas at pumps 11 and 12. We didn't bother checking any more pumps and simply went a bit further down the road to TA gas, where the advertised price was the actual price. Note also that just across the highway there is a Walmart gas station with even lower prices, which we noticed after we filled up. We have not seen such an involved false advertising scam before. read more
