We were looking for a place to stop and get a coffee and this place popped up. It was a bit hard to see from outside what was going on inside, but we're so glad we went in... I ended up ordering the bread pudding and they warmed it up for me put the most delicious whip whipped cream with what I think is a caramel drizzle on top and we scarfed it down and we're in bread pudding heaven. The staff were so incredibly kind in offering us water and making sure everything was OK. We also got a latte that was great. The space is huge and they have board games. I'm so glad we made a pitstop here. They also looked like they had really interesting flavour syrup to add to their drinks!! If we're driving by again, I would definitely stop for lunch, but I was in a sweet peckish mood. read more

Mochi cream donut (5/5): Take a Boston creme and eliminate the randomness you'd get from a dry pastry dough. Chewy, creamy, somewhat sharable since my sugar tolerance is low but it's not too sweet either. My friend said his beef sandwich was a banger (no photo, he finished it too fast). We kept seeing pictures of this lemon cheesecake cookie all over Facebook and had to give it a try. When we first walked it the space is very open and the gentleman behind the counter greeted us immediately. Not a ton of tables but enough for the people sitting at them to actually enjoy their food. We got our cookie to go and barely made it across the street before diving in. It was so good! The cookie by itself reminds me of a macadamia nut (didn't have nuts) but when you get to the middle it's an awesome lemony cheesecake! Will 100% come back and try some more goodies! read more

Small, cute little gem in downtown! I was so excited to see they had vegan options ( thank you! ) The vegan choices were Asian Pear Salad, Veggie Sandwich, and Chocolate Tart, & everything was sooo delicious. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain the menu. The Asian Pear Salad was super refreshing and filling with a great Korean-inspired flavor. I had it with the spicy dressing, and the pear paired perfectly with the heat. (They also offer a pineapple ginger dressing if you prefer something milder.) The chocolate tart was FIRE. I'm came out of Yelp retirement to write this review. Today my partner and I checked this hidden gem out. This little spot caught my eye the day before, but we were on a time crunch and this place was further away. Not far off the hwy, but we were by Lowe's. We almost went to the KBBQ place right next door, and I'm so glad we didn't. Upon entire it's a smaller location with just five table. Wash sheeting 4. The display on front of the counter threw me off and the baked goods on display didn't look appetizing. But we were there for kalbi fries and spickt pork sandwich. I added pork belly and grilled veggies to the fries. And I got a side of pesto ranch, and the spicy sauce. My partner sandwich combo came with fries and a soda. We also got the sweet potatoe croquettes, a classic scone, a peanut butter and jelly cookie, and oatmeal apple pie cookie (with no raisins ) and a lemon cheesecake cookie and two sugar-free English toffee iced lattes with coconut milk. We also ordered the Apple coleslaw, but they initially forgot to give it to us. Everything was sooo good and fresh and fast. The service was friendly and accommodating and inviting. They even had some games on the wall and my partner, and I played a few hands of Uno. The portion sizes were adequate, especially for the price a partner, and I felt like it was really inexpensive. An absolutely worth its value. The only downside, I suppose how you look at it, is that they don't accept tips. And I really thought the person working in the counter deserves a tip.
