You guys! Omg I should've read the reviews! I placed my order online. (Garlic BBQ wings and pizza) the pizza was good but the wings were not what I ordered. They got the order wrong and instead of the lady saying they'll fix it, she rambled about the wings being the way I ordered it online. If thats the case then there should've been bbq on them right? Good price for pizza, crust was thin. Boneless were a little dry and tough. Wish they had bone in wings. Overall not a bad slice of pizza.

If I could take stars away I would! Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. Ordered 3 topping pizza, cheese steak pizza and baked potato with 5 toppings- the cheese steak wasn't cooked all the way through, baked potato had 2 of the 5 items I ordered and the wrong cheese, when i complained about it, thwy just scrapped the cheese off and put other cheese on. Potato wasn't washed before cooked so the skin had dirt on it and was gritty. When we complained aboutitwas told we'retoo busy to wash them (i thought servingclean, cooked food was a requirement), we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs. read more

Incredibly enough, Pizza Biz has changed its name to "Fat Boys Pizza & Wings". Cringe. The pizza is cheap, greasy and delicious. You can get a large one topping for $8. There are a few small booths where you could dine inside. The place is a dive w/ great pies and an awesome price. There is no real signage except the plastic banner hanging up and a small florescent "open" sign in the window. It was difficult to locate the first time at night. If you go farther than Family Dollar - you are wrong. Don't judge this book by its cover or the constant gang of employees huddled outside smoking! read more

LAWTON OKLAHOMA REVIEW...First the positives then the negatives. The breadsticks were great but did not include marinara sauce. The cheese pizza was great while hot. By the second slice it was cold and chewy. The pepperoni sausage pizza was way to greasy and barely had any meat. The wings were tough and flavorless. I would highly advise to eat pizza at another establishment in Elgin. There are pizza places with WAY BETTER customer service.They do not honor customer feedback, nor do they work with customers if there was a problem with the pizza. We ordered a three topping pizza, only to receive a deluxe pizza, with all the toppings, which we did not want. When calling them back, the manager was VERY PRIDEFUL and DEFENSIVE, and kept interrupting when we were trying to explain that we did not order a full topping pizza, but a three topping pizza. I guess she did not have a successful Customer Training Class, because she failed to listen and offer a solution as the manager. All she did was basically say it was our fault. Not professional at all. Due to her negative attitude, the pizza isn't worth it. I know not having us as a customer will not break their bank, but they lost not only our service, but our respect as a family pizzeria. read more

Flies were all over the toppings (meats & veggies). When we mentioned it to the lady she said it's because we open & close the door" as if that made it okay. How about we cover up the food?! I am reviewing the shop that's in Elgin, I'm not sure if the Lawton one is related to this one or not or if they just share the same name. The pizza here is decent, not the best but not bad by any means. One minor issue: there is a giant sign out front that says a large one topping pizza is $6.99. However, when I went in to pick up my three pizzas, she attempted to charge me around 40 bucks. I let her know I ordered because I saw the sign out front for the 6.99 pizzas. The cashier seemed exasperated with me, and said I should mention that I have a coupon before I order. I didn't have a coupon at all though, I was just reading with their sign! Anyway, crabby cashier aside, it is a decent pie at a cheap price, we will be back. read more

This is the worst experience I have had at a pizza place. I really don't understand management that does not try to rectify errors in their order system. Save yourself the drive. Unless you live in Elgin, there are plenty of other places with mediocre pizza that are closer. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have never had an experience like I have here. Rude staff and even worse owners. Left a poor review on Facebook and the owner called me, but not to fix anything, only to gripe at me and defend her manager that was so rude and did not wash her hands between working the register making pizza dough (with long fake nails and no gloves). The website for online ordering is a total waste of my time. They "updated" it awhile back and ever since it does not recognize my address correctly. So when I try to order online it attempts to charge me a 10.00 delivery fee as if I was a rural customer. I have contacted Management at the Elgin location multiple times about the problem. Today being the final straw, I was basically told that she (the manager) had informed her boss and tech support and that they just kind of worked on their own time?! We have always gotten our pizza delivered. They are fast and decent. The pizza crust seems to vary, sometimes it's super super thin and other times it is regular.... I've learned to only order the pizza though. The fried mac and cheese balls were greasy and hard, and the garlic knots were not that great as well. They are cheap and they deliver. read more

The food is pretty good. My husband loves the gyros! It takes them a while to get your order to you because they're always busy. What I did not like on the other hand is that the lady, who I presume is the manager, kept scolding the workers while I was in there waiting for my food. The phone kept ringing and you could tell she was stressed, but yelling at your workings and talking down to them across the room (especially in front of customers) is not a good look. The last time I came in there were younger workers there but they were very friendly and nice (& seemed to deal with the stress of being busy better than their manager). read more

We've stopped ordering from fat boys. Each and every time we would order delivery on their "updated website", it would take 3-4 refreshes and a few choice words hurled at the computer (they have an app but it's even worse) before it finally went through, after relogging in, re doing our order at least 4 times, and then doing the entire process multiple more times after getting to their checkout screen. Also, the sauce is bland. There is obvious bits of seasoning in it, but there is absolutely NO flavor at all. The dough varies from fresh frozen to straight up freezer burnt flavored. No matter what we order, even if its salads, we ALWAYS get heartburn. I didn't know it was possible to get heartburn from a salad but boy does fat boys deliver on that. We usually order 2 2 topping pizzas. We end up with 2 1/2 topping pizzas for the price of 2 toppings. We've simply stopped wasting our money here. I suggest you don't either, as the last time we ordered we ended up getting very sick. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Fat Boys of Elgin. We were running late one night and stopped in because our son only wanted pizza. The service was fast, friendly and professional. Horrible customer service! Just because it's the only pizza place in this small town doesn't mean you can be dirty and rude every time!

Pizza is adequate to average but the managers and/or owners are ridiculously rude. On the last visit I heard the manager scold the employee right in front of me concerning my order. Also, these guys are not very good at math. 1/2 plus 1/2 equals two toppings. The "supposed" manager wanted to charge me for a two full toppings instead of one topping for a pizza with half a topping on one side and a half of an entirely different topping on the second side. She said it was two different toppings so I had to pay for two full toppings. I have NEVER heard of a pizza place doing that. They have nickel and dime me every time I've ordered pizza. I will not order from them again. I've put up with this rudeness and poor business practice for over a year. I'm not sure why I kept going back. read more

Found this place coming back from hunting down near Elgin. Didn't know anything about it going in so was pleasantly surprised. Their combos are dang good for the price. Pizza is very good for being what some would consider lower tier pizza, better than dominos or other chain I think. The place is a hole in the wall but clean and with friendly staff. I got there right at opening and they had me out the door with a pepperoni mushroom onion pizza and breadsticks for unsee $10 and under 15 minutes. Can't beat that. I'll be back for sure, wish I had one closer. read more

I feel like a friend when i go in or call. They don't know me from Adam which is what makes it great. This was one of the first businesses I'd dealt with when I moved to Elgin.
