Brutal service. Never once had a successful delivery. I keep getting the same excuse that they cannot find my address. I end up doing their job for them and have to go out and collect the parcel myself. Avoid this company at all costs, double check with whoever you buy from that they do not using their parcel company. read more

I have no words to describe how disgusting that courier is!!!Not only are they scum, they list their number as (01)2345678 which is not even a real phone number, they're scammers and they wont even allow you to contact them either! I paid for next day delivery, i got an email only 7days later to tell me it was delivered at a parcel-connect location. Their Parcel connect service is also a load of BS. Given a map to choose a place to collect my parcel, turns out that place does not even exist(i walked all the way to be humiliated by people who had no idea what i was talking about)and when i called the only other place close to me on that map, i was told they have NEVER done any parcel collection in their long existence! My parcel is listed as delivered 6 days late AND i have no clue where! I mean how is it even legal for a company to to run such a scam on people with such impunity? read more

Only getting 1 star as there is nothing lower. This company lies about making deliveries. Sat in for 2 days waiting for a package that they keep telling me I missed and they put a card through the door. No knock on the door, no card, complete lies. read more

Fastway couriers Cork Ireland is a nightmare courier service that never delivered . I tracked a parcel from sport direct on their website and the result showed the parcel was with them since 4th of Feb but could not be delivered due to incomplete address , the phone number on their website is dead hence I sent 4 emails each time fastway request a new imformation until they requested I told them the content of the package them I knew they are scammer and pranks players then I gave up. Do not use them or any company that employes them they will cause you headach. Well, fastway finally lost the parcel and I got a refund from sport direct. They do not deserve any star or recommendation read more

I paid for delivery within 2 days as I ordered live plants. Fastways put the item out for delivery on the tracker but made no delivery attempt. They have now advised the package may not be delivered for another 48 hours- meaning I will receive the package 7 days after it was dispatched. They know the items will be dead at this point and have not even offered an apology. This is the worst delivery service in Ireland. read more

These guys give NO leeway whatsoever with their apparent delivery policies. After attempting to deliver a package to me when I was not at home they told me to give an address that they could delivery between 9 and 5. I don't work from an office so my home address is the only option and I do not spend the entire day in my house. I asked if they could give a more specific time for delivery. No. We deliver between 9 and 5. I asked if they could at least tell me if they would be delivering in the morning or the afternoon so I would not be wasting an entire day sitting at home between 9 and 5 for the delivery guy. No. We deliver between 9 and 5. I asked if it was possible for the delivery driver to text or call on the day to give some sort of an indication of delivery time. No. We deliver between 9 and 5. These responses came from the customer services manager. Laughable service. Absolutely ridiculous carry on. read more

1 week late with no update ignoring my emails. since my items were quite valuable their stuff probably stole them and now they have no face to admit they don't have my items. My warning to you people is to avoid Fastway and cancel all of your orders with them u might end up like me without your items. I would give 0 stars but there is no option for that read more

Does anyone have any idea or contact number for the courier in Dublin 11. As happened before he left a note with no tracking number, no contact details. My son bought me a present and I'm still trying to have it delivered 4 days later. I have emailed Shauna and now Brid today in their 'NO' On-line support team and they keep repeating the same thing over and over. Who did you buy it from, contact the retailer? I'm on my 10th email now and still have no satisfactory answers. Seriously what is wrong with this company? Why can they not deliver the service they are paid for? read more

The worst courier I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They still haven't delivered my package, one month later. It is coming up on the site that there is an address query every single day for the last month. There has been no contact from them to explain why they haven't delivered my parcel. I have attempted to contact them via Twitter, email and phone, sending several emails and leaving several messages. I have received no replies or acknowledgement. Their site function to raise a ticket is also broken. I won't be shopping with any site that uses this courier from now on. I am shocked they are still an operating company, to be honest. read more

Worst courier company I have ever come across. No advance warning of when the parcel will actually be delivered then an extremely abrupt and difficult to understand delivery person will ring expecting you to be home to let them in. I could not find a number to call Fastway and ended up having a week long correspondence by email to re-organise the delivery. The day it was finally organised to be delivered the van broke down - yeah right. Then when my parcel finally did arrive I did not even have to sign for it. The driver pulled up outside the gate of my building and opened his window to give me the parcel. I could have been anyone. 100% would not recommend and will not use again. read more

Shocking non service. Said they couldn't deliver as the phone number was incorrect - they had the eircode and my email - absolute nonsense, they just couldn't be bothered and when I emailed them, asking them to phone me, it took them 3 days to come back with a lame email. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Terrible service. I am still waiting my items purchased on 1st of June. Hope they will loose the partnership with i-parcel UPS (Amazon's partner) soon. UPDATE: Items have been LOST by this ridiculous company. Got full refund (700Euro) by Amazon.uk. You should close down your Business guys... really. read more

Similar experience to previous reviewers. Tried to deliver during the day when no one was home. As myself and my partner work Monday to Friday 9 to 5, this didn't suit us, they insisted that they would only deliver between the hours of 9 and 5 Monday to Friday. As a compromise, I asked if we could agree on either an AM or PM delivery and I could arrange to be at home, this is the response I got "Collection can be made between 11-7 Monday to Friday from our Ballymount depot" Absolutely shocking customer service, avoid using Fastway. read more

After 2 weeks of sending my parcel out with a courier and then sending it back to the depot 20 minutes away from me every day I was told I was finally getting it today. Instead I got my neighbours parcel (turns out they had problems with fastway too) and my parcel was once again returned to the depot. I cannot stress this enough: use ANY courier but fastway, every single one of them is far superior and if you are buying from a company that exclusively use fastway send their customer service team an email before you buy requesting it be sent by any other courier or by post it's far safer than using fastway read more

This is a review of Fastway Couriers West but I'm sure the service is the same throughout Ireland. I have finally (Thursday) received a package from FASTWAY today that was originally out for delivery on Tuesday. Their tracking showed: 08/04/2019 23:57:45 We've received your parcel in our depot. It will be out for delivery within the delivery service timeframe you requested 09/04/2019 07:30:50 Your parcel is on the way! Our courier loaded it onto their van. 09/04/2019 13:47:19 Consignment carried over for delivery tomorrow 10/04/2019 07:46:19 Your parcel is on the way! Our courier loaded it onto their van. 10/04/2019 17:34:33 Consignment Received in 'West' Depot 11/04/2019 07:02:41 Your parcel is on the way! Our courier loaded it onto their van. Fastway's service has always been patchy at the best of times, but at least in the past I could get through to the depot by telephone. Yesterday I got a patronising recorded message stating that they have changed the way they operate "to provide you with a higher level of service" and I must use their online enquiry service instead of speaking to someone on the telephone. How in hell can blocking our access to the depot by telephone result in a higher level of service? Having been unable to speak to a human being via telephone, I duly filled in their online enquiry form and submitted it as requested: "Parcel shown as out for delivery yesterday and again today. No sign of delivery so far. Please contact driver and let me know what time it will be coming as I cannot wait in all day! Telephone *********, email ******@eircom.net". I received a stock reply stating that "a member of our Customer Service Team will reply to you within 24 hours". My package was 2 days overdue already. It seemed to have been out and returned to their depot on each of the past 2 days. It is a regular delivery of a small package and in the past the previous driver has arrived at my door and then spent ten or fifteen minutes searching through a chaotic pile of parcels for my item, only aided by my informing him that it IS a small package. I wondered if that had happened this time too. They did respond this morning by email: "Apologies for the delay in delivery. We have a new driver on your route. Your parcel will be with you today." I also received a phone call from the driver asking for my Eircode and instructions as to my location (I have a rural address). I did give my supplier the Eircode but, alas, it was not printed on the address label. My telephone number, however, WAS printed on the label. The package had been returned undelivered to the depot TWICE and no-one had seen fit to phone me for instructions - only when I complained yesterday was anything done. I have used Fastway on many occasions in the past, both as sender and recipient, and via their Parcels Direct service. I doubt if I will do so in the future. I use DPD regulary (4 deliveries in the past 7 days) and they provide me with accurate delivery "windows" of an hour each time they are due to deliver parcels to me. Why can't Fastway provide that level of service? read more

Such a Terrible Service. It's been 3 weeks since they've had my delivery. The first day they called me and i said i wouldn't be home, the next day I said i'd be home in ten minutes and they said they'd be there just after, nothing , i waited home all evening. Then they said they'd be delivering in 2 days so I stayed at home, nothing. Then the same the next week, then this week they said it would be there in the next 24-48 so i stayed home for 2 days, they then said the driver has tried to deliver 5 times which is a lie and they wouldn't deliver again. No phone call since the one 2 weeks previously or attempt to call into my place Not only this but the people on the phone and in email have been very rude and a bit cheeky. it's feels like I've been dealing with some immature teenagers. Having a nightmare with this company - never order from a company who uses them. 1. I got a call on the 29th from the delivery company to say they were going to deliver my order. I explained that I was away for Christmas and would not be home until the 4th January. The driver said that was fine and he would take it back to the depot to be pit out for delivery on the 4th Jan. 2. The 4th Jan came and no sign of my delivery. On the 5th I went online to track it and saw that on the 3rd it had been left with my neighbour. There was no info on who it had been left with and when the driver delivered it he didn't bother to call me and explain that he had done that or who he had left it with. I live in a Dublin city centre apartment block and I do not know any of my neighbours so he left it with a stranger. 3. I rang the courier company and explained this. They had to call to driver to see where it had been left and then they came back to me to say the driver was actually 'around the corner' and that he would retrieve it from the neighbour, call me by phone and drop it into me. That day went and there was no sign of my parcel from the driver that was around the corner. 4. I emailed that evening when I couldn't get through to them explaining the situation and that I never got a call from the driver and there was no sign of my package. The next day Sarah Kells at Fastway emailed back to say "Good Afternoon Maura, i have spoken to the driver that retrieved your parcel and he has said you want your parcel returned to the sender, so i have done Returned the Parcel to ZARA as requested". 5. If she had even read my email she would have seen that he never called me and why would I be chasing it if I asked for it to be returned? And - why would I ask for it to be returned when I never even received it? 6. There was some back and forth with her on email and eventually I rang them to get speaking to someone and I spoke to Alice who confirmed that they would send the package back out to me on Monday. 7. Monday came, no sign of my package and I rang again and spoke to Luke who confirmed that actually they didn't know where it was and he was trying to get through to the driver to find out where it was. He didn't manage to do this on Monday and rang me to say that he would call me Tuesday morning with an update. 8. Tuesday comes, no call from Luke. I rang Fastway again and got speaking to Chantelle who was the 4th person in fastway I had to explain the whole mess to and she confirmed that the driver was telling all of them that I requested that it be sent back and a new piece of information that he took it back to the depot and gave it to the depot manager (Mick I believe). 9. Chantelle said she would call me back Tuesday afternoon with an update when she spoke to Mick who only starts at 1.30 but I never heard from her. 10. I called back on Wednesday and got Chantelle again who had no update and said she was going to speak to Mick and come back to me. I haven't heard from her since. The driver here seems to be absolutely insane, he said he spoke to me and I told him to return it to Zara, he also said he returned it to the depot manager Mick who seems to know nothing about the parcel. He is lying to everyone and what makes matters worse is that Zara have been trying to get a response out of them and they won't respond to Zara to said that they have lost my package which would enable Zara to give me a refund. So I have no package and can't get a refund and nobody seems to be taking any responsibility for it. An absolute joke. Never ever use them. read more

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Very aggressive drivers. Online order of 2 parcels. They delivered one then said that they could not find the address that was written on the other. They said they tried to contact me and that the phone number was not right. This was all lies as after numerous complaints one night I got a call and they confirmed that they would deliver tomorrow and all details were correct. After 3 weeks since the first package was delivered I got the second package. read more

Worst service ever..parcel in transit for 4 days, received email to-day to say money refunded as courier sent back order...No explanation, no phonecall on delivery day(if there ever was one), item ordered 11 days ago from Littlewoods..Don't know why they even use Fastway. Worst I ever seen or heard..Littlewoods have no explanation either, told me to re-order but no good now as was a christmas gift..checked anyway an item now out of stock, but there is one floating somewhere in the Fastway world.. read more

Truly the worst experience with any Irish Company ever. They stole two parcels from me and couldn't care less. They hung up the phone on me when I called them to find out what happened to my parcel. It shows as being delivered however it never was. Appalling in every way. I now will ask an online retailer whether they send anything with them before I buy. If they do use them, I take my business elsewhere! read more

Rubbish customer service, rubbish times and rubbish tracking system. How this company still exists in Ireland is beyond me. I will avoid any company that deals with Fastway because when they have issues with your parcel you cannot contact them , they don't you, you're stuck in the middle. read more

I ordered an express delivery which was suppose to arrive before the 4th of December, the package has been sitting in their Dublin Hub since the 3rd but still no delivery. My friend ordered a package which arrived to Dublin on the 4th and she got it delivered by Fastway this morning, but no sign of mine and we resign at the same address! There is no way to call them as they don't have a customer support line anymore, and if you contact them online it says they they will respond within 24 hours but that is the case at all. They don't respond at all! read more

Don't use this company. They lost my big parcel that was only from Ireland to uk and I got nothing reimbursed. Never happened this before, even EU to Asia. Unbelievable. What a joke. Use UPS, never go with unknown 3rd companies. read more

*First and hopefully last negative written review about anything ever.* Paid for next day delivery; nothing the next day except a notification to say it was on the way to my house. Second day, two notifications (16:00 and 19:30) to say they had called but got no answer and left a calling card on second attempt. I was home all day both days and no such thing happened. Couldn't reach customer care; couldn't leave a voice mail because it was full (but why?); e-mailed and got no response and couldn't fill out an online query because it was 'private and not available to the public.' Lads.. I finally got through to customer care on day 3 after trying relentlessly. When the delivery-man came I politely asked him had he called the two days previous and he didn't even look at me, just said 'yea.' I told him I heard no knock and got no calling card; he said 'It must have blown away.' I asked how it could have blown away, he said he only sticks the calling card halfway through the letterbox so he can see the next day if it had been taken in or not. LADS!!! And without a reply said, 'Do ya understand?' I don't even blame that delivery guy (kind of do), he's obviously up to his tonsils in it, but if your company can't meet its demand you need to come up with a new strategy. I'd ordered a package from amazon for Xmas (about 3 weeks in advance) and was left waiting. Turns out Amazon had messed up the address, but Fastway were a nightmare to deal with. They literally couldn't get their story straight and were abrupt, rude and unhelpful on the phone/by email. They also told myself and the other people who went to the depot totally conflicting stories- they told me they closed at 7.30pm that night, but the guy beside me was told 6pm. They told me they weren't open Xmas eve, told that guy there were etc. I rang on the way there to clarify directions at 5.20, only to be answered by their voicemail saying they were open 9-5.30. Shocking customer service, it wasn't their error that caused it but they certainly came out of the situation looking worst. read more

If you're looking for a good time, check out customer comments on Fastway Couriers' Twitter feed or on their Facebook page. But if you're looking for fast delivery and responsive customer service you might want to try elsewhere. One package, 28km (all within Dublin) and two days to deliver. A phone center that NEVER picks up the phone and (to put it mildly) "inaccurate" delivery updates on the website. I would highly recommend them if time is not an issue or if your recipient has multiple days to sit around doing nothing while waiting for their package to arrive. read more

Just like other reviews they never pick up the phone was on hold for approx 15-20 mins. When they eventually did answer I wanted to find out a rough time as to when my parcel would be delivered. The lady in the office gave me the drivers mobile number when I phoned him he said he had another guy working with him and he gave me his number! I must say very very frustrating to get a simple answer. read more

To say I've had a bad experience with this courier is an understatement. They were rude, sarcastic, and entirely incompetent. I ordered something from Amazon.com and they let it sit in Dublin for three weeks (I'm in Co. Kerry), while stating they'd tried to deliver it at 8am sharp every morning. When I contacted them about this they said they needed extra information but refused to state what information they needed. Amazon were very understanding and sent another copy of the book. That time Fastway claimed I wasn't registered at this building! At no point during this entire debacle did they try to deliver said parcel. I can see my mailbox from where I work, no Fastway vans showed up. No one pressed the buzzer. There was absolutely zero attempt to deliver either parcels. When I did get through to customer service they were incredibly rude and sarcastic. I'd avoid this company at all costs. read more

Recently was expecting a parcel from Fastway. Never arrived. Impossible to get through to. Customer Service, it just rings and rings for ever and then you are able to leave a voicemail, but nobody rings you back anyway. Two days of this and would not recommend dealing with them. They told the supplier they delivered it to a neighbour - which is not true as nobody received or signed for my parcel, I was home at the time they were supposed to have delivered. Other courier companies would leave a letter in the post box saying "tried to deliver, but nobody home. We have delivered to number ........". Will not be using Fastway again. read more

Left item valued over 500 euro on doorstep on wet day. No attempt made to contact us even although mobile number left on label. Rang office and complained and got a shrug of shoulders and said sometimes we leave in porch. read more

Out of five collections arranged through Parcel2Go using Fastway in Dublin not one went without a hitch. Either the package is not collected on the day stated when the booking is made or some excuse is given for not collecting. My last collection took three attempts after being told I had an invalid pick-up address. Nothing invalid about it at all - there was no house/building number so deemed invalid. The collection address - a large charity were in a building in a square with no number! A quick Google would have told them the address was correct or the contact telephone number given them! I wasted two hours on the phone over two days to get this sorted! The record number of re-books to get a collection was five. I think I have given Fastway a good crack of the whip giving them my business and they have managed to screw up every time. read more

Without a doubt the most incompetent, untrustworthy company I have ever come across. Do yourself a favour and do not engage with these people for any service what so ever. We have been using them for about 8 months and in that time they have lost parcels, damaged parcels, late deliveries, left deliveries on peoples door steps in the rain and the list goes on. There is no way to contact any one as no one ever answers the phone at any of their branches. I would imagine they dont answer the phone any more due to the volume of mess ups that they have on a daily basis. I was given an email address for a manager one day - David Nevin in the midlands branch but even he will not reply to my emails with regards to some parcels that are currently missing and 1 that was so badly damaged that it looks like it had been dropped from a height multiple times. I would never leave a bad review but this company are just infuriating and my advice is to avoid them like the plague. My understanding is that the drivers are all self employed and get paid by the delivery so will literally leave a package anywhere so that they can say it was delivered and I have witnessed them first hand throwing their customers packages around with no regard what so ever to the contents. There are way better companies out there - so why bother with these wasters! Just have a look at their reviews on trust pilot - Also note that this company also runs under the name www.parcelconnect.com - they promise next day pickup from any location but I have waited for weeks on more than one occasion. read more

I've had three "run-ins" with Fastway and every one has been an arduous bit of business with horrible to non-existent customer service. They hide behind email - clearly deliberately - and offer no phone number or live human being to directly handle a problem. They seem to do this because they know their shoddy service will generate many problems and have no interest in addressing them in a timely way. I recently ordered something from Argos and my heart sank when I saw that it had been assigned to Fastway. Sure enough, the same exact problems with receiving the delivery occurred. The customer service lady at Argos was pleasant and helpful and did not seem at all surprised to be talking to a customer unhappy with Fastway. She said that even she can only contact them by email, as they make no number available to them either. Pitiful. I don't know how they can stay in business with such poor service and such embarrassing ratings. read more

As a business I was looking for a reliable and on time service, I received neither. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Have now signed up with a new courier service yes a little more expensive but as the saying goes ... "Buy cheap, buy twice" Customer service is shocking and sadly drivers are not reliable. No communication nothing.. other than me emailing asking the obvious and getting the run around. They cannot be contacted other than email...
