They tried to deliver to me for a week while my roommate and I were at work at the same time everyday, sent me a text on Monday of the next week saying that I had to call the delivery man. When I did call him he said that I had to be there to get it and that he only delivered in my area at a certain time (in the middle of the day). If I could not be there, I could redirect the package to a friends and have them sign for me (they would also be at work). Though this whole conversation he was rude and told me to call the main office to give them the "correct address" (it was correct, but I work a normal 9-5 job). When I did call the office they were much nicer and offered to redirect the package to where I work (giving this 2 stars and not just 1). They did and did not call me to say it was delivered and just left it with reception (which I thought was weird after how intense they were about needing me to sign in the first place). Overall, it made getting a gift delivered for Valentines day a huge hassle read more

Absolute disaster of a company. I gave them address and complete Eircode. Received note saying a problem with the address and to contact their office. No contact details given and when searching contact details on their website the numbers given are all disconnected. Sham of a company I would not use them. read more

1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) Absolutely disgraceful service from Fastway yet again. My parcel was loaded onto a van on the 3rd, sat there for an entire week with no delivery attempt, and was finally scanned again today, the 10th--only for me to get a notification claiming that I rejected the delivery. That's a complete lie. I was home all day and no one even showed up. To make it worse, my parcel is now being sent back to the sender after one fake "attempt" that never happened. This isn't a one-off mistake--it's consistent incompetence and dishonesty. There's no working phone number, no email that gets answered, and zero accountability anywhere in their system. Every time one of my deliveries ends up with Fastway, it's a nightmare. They never deliver when they're supposed to, and they make up excuses like "customer rejected delivery" to cover their failures. The only parcel they ever managed to deliver on time was thrown into a bin that was later collected and disposed of. Fastway causes nothing but stress, wasted time, and frustration. The fact that this company is still operating is beyond me. They are an embarrassment to the word "delivery." read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Honestly if I see a company using them as a courier, I won't place the order. Myself and numerous friends have received our parcels weeks late after they held the items in their warehouses because the address was 'missing information'. All addresses were always correct and when they 'attempted delivery' with my parcel, I was home the whole time and nobody rang or phoned. Terrible. Why be a courier if you are not capable? read more

FASTWAY lost my package. Tracking number 6F4000192331 The package was addressed to an OOHPOD address and marked delivered but I never received a notification from OOHPOD about a delivery and they confirmed it was never received (attached) I contacted FASTWAY through their online support which states a 24 hour response timeline yet it's been 1 week without human acknowledgment of my issue. I have resorted to going through every possible avenue to ensure their staff and CEO are aware of this issue. read more

The quality of this delivery service stands and falls with the van driver who "owns" a particular route or area. They are paid per drop, i.e. per delivery. Therefore, even though the customer / parcel recipient may have received a very early courtesy email from the company, excitedly announcing delivery "today", if the driver has many, or as is often the case, too many parcel drops along one particular route, he / she either runs out of time or simply doesn't bother heading to a location with fewer drops. It doesn't matter whether the customer has paid for delivery within a certain timeframe, or even paid for overnight delivery, Fastway drivers will drop off the parcel as and when it suits them. This happened to me again this month. I had ordered an item I needed for my upcoming holiday; the excepted delivery date was a comfortable four days prior to my planned departure. On the morning, I received the delivery announcement at 7.18hrs by email; at 16.18hrs, an email arrived saying delivery had been attempted. This was untrue; I work from home. The same happened the following day at 18.06hrs. I sent a complaint through the Fastway website but as it was after office hours on a Friday, a reply was only sent the following Monday after I had gone on holidays - without the item I had ordered and not received. Once I had returned from abroad, Fastway arranged a renewed attempt for my parcel to finally be delivered. As per usual, the early morning email arrived; then, at 15.25hrs, I received a call from the van driver. To be fair, the man had only just started on that route and was entirely polite and professional. However, he did inform me that he had so many deliveries to fulfil that day, that he was only driving one route, and it would not be ours. He apologetically told me that, given the number of deliveries on the other route, it wouldn't be "viable" to also call out to my address. He did promise delivery on the following day and was as good as his word. That is how I got to take delivery of my parcel almost two weeks after the previous driver should've dropped it off. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and it is not the first time this has happened to me. For a while, there was a Fastway driver on our route that was as reliable as they come. He might only arrive after 19hrs on an evening, but if you got your email in the morning, you knew you were going to have your parcel that day. Period. The company urgently needs to put the foot down on the "bad eggs". No matter how helpful and usually prompt the customer service agents are (and they generally are that), if the driver doesn't do what the company is paid for, i.e. promptly deliver parcels, then it's not a lot of good to the customer. read more

Good for nothing shower .. my item is worth over 500 euro said it would be out for dilivery 1 -2 days on the 1st of june was updated on tracking on the 6th saying the exact same thing it's now the 12th Ive had my baby which the item is for and had to repurchase somewhere else or i wouldn't be allowed to leave the hospital. My husband went to the depo where a worker said it shouldn't have been scanned twice and it's stuck in the portairlinton depo and probably won't be let out for at least a week . Not even the company i purchased off can. Get a reply from this shower . Its being sent back with the driver as soon a it arrives.. they would want to get back to the emails that they all ready have .. as they don't reply even when they ask you to do so here clowns read more

Terrible company to track delivery with. They tell you to contact them via chat, email or telephone yet there is no telephone number or email address and the chat is not live you just raise a request and send it. My delivery was to be out on 26th but did not arrive and every day since then no updates and no replies to my cases. This is for an order from Smyths and I will never order for hime delivery from Smyhts again if they continue to use read more

Amazed they're still in business. Had countless issues over last few years with them. Customer service is appalling and ignores any complaint. Latest delivery clearly seen on video doorbell parking outside and leaving parcel elsewhere when it was obvious somebody was at home (car in drive and house window open). Message sent to say it was delivered but no message to say where. You try and contact them and no information or help is given. Previous deliveries ranged from left under a car while we were on holidays to drivers actually phoning and shouting abuse. They're the worst. Toxic. And their tagline of "Your deliveries sorted" is a joke and an embarrassment. read more

The most unreliable service ever. Drivers have a habit of throwing your package in front of your house and claiming they left it in you "letter box". Well, I DON'T have a letter box, how could they left it there? - Would it not just be so much easier and professional to ring the door bell and hand it to me??? I have no idea what package was meant to be delivered as I have received an email from them saying my package was delivered - NO it was not. I have no way of ringing an agent because they "changed the way they operate, so they can provide you with a higher level of service" is the message you get when you try ringing them and the phone cuts off. Unbelievable disgusting service, if I buy anything from the internet again and it states they use Fastway, I will immediately abort and shop somewhere else 100%. Save yourself the hassle and use a different shipper, trust me, not worth it when you have other important things to attend to than finding out where your package is... and finding that out with fastway is an impossible task, trust me again. read more

HOLY COW the service here is horrendous. How is it possible for one organisation to be so utterly terrible at the one or two things they're supposed to do, but they're STILL in business? They've had my package for over a week now. "your package was mis-sorted at our depot...it will be delivered on the next business day." Next day "Received." The next day "your package was mis-sorted at our depot...it will be delivered on the next business day" and over and over again. Apparently now they've just decided to throw the towel in, as the tracking website is down, they don't answer their phone at all (apparently you need some secret, mystery phone number that isn't publicised), and you're just screwed sitting around waiting for them to sort your package 14 more times. Utter rubbish. Literally any other method of package delivery would be better than FastWay. Find a stray dog, strap your package to that dog, and it'll likely get your package to the destination with better luck than this company. read more

I'm very disappointed with the Fastway service. I had to reorder a gift because it was not delivered. The second time it was not delivered either. I was not notified either time; I had to keep checking the tracking via the supplier's email. I needed to contact Fastway both times. It was very hard to get in touch. You cannot phone anyone. I filled in a form and had to wait more than 48 hours for a reply both times. Fastway needed more information the second time it was delivered, but they never notified me - I only found out through checking the tracking via the supplier. They seemed to try to deliver something to a post office at 7.20am. They updated the address, but there was no name, so the post office were very confused. I thankfully had rang ahead to say I was expecting something and waiting for a book. However, Ashling helped me via email recently and it eventually got sorted. It took 7 weeks to receive my package after it was shipped. I don't like complaining and have never given a low star review before. But this is not the first (or second) time I've had difficulty with Fastway. I didn't comment those times, but this time I had to. Please, please help us by improving your service. read more

I'm surprised the fastway bosses have not been sent to prison for fraud and theft, as so many parcels go missing. This is the worst of the worst in delivery. Try and contact them, good luck with that! You will not get an honest reply from this atrocious company. My parcels have been found 2 miles away, they say they delivered but not proof of delivery photos and no location. They try and drop off to a pub or shop miles away, even though they are entrusted to safely deliver to your stated address. Name and shame these cowboys now! read more

Fastway have to be not just the worst delivery company in the entire country,but possibly one of the worst businesses overall. They must have a full time team writing fake 5 star reviews on their behalf. Their service is so bad it's no wonder it's almost impossible to get in contact with them, I doubt they could hire enough customer service agents to cover the complaints about their abysmal service. Tracking is woeful. Packages are never delivered on time. They have a standard "attempted delivery" notification, you could be sitting on your doorstep waiting for them and it would still register as an attempted delivery. But that's when it suits them, miraculously the "left at safe location" notification shows up when they supposedly deliver packages behind plant pots, even though there are no plant pots to be seen and the doorbell cam shows nothing. I make a point with every online retailer to find out who the delivery company is and if I get feedback that it's Fastway I cancel my order. Unfortunately the odd one slips through the cracks and every single time there is an issue with delivery. AVOID THIS USELESS SHOWER AT ALL COSTS read more

Oh. My. God. I've been trying to get my package for a week now, it's supposedly with Fastway, both me and the sender have tried several times to contact them, but they're not responding to any of us. They just keep updating the tracking info with "We have tried to call you, but phone number is wrong or there's no answer - click Support button to leave correct phone number and address". This has been done a total of 6 times now between me and the sender (it was never incorrect in the first place!) It seems they lost the package, but refuses to tell anyone. And they claim they'll reply within 24 hours! Shocking. read more

I can't believe these cowboys are still in business, without doubt the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly "deliver" my parcels when I'm not home and leave no tracking information. It's pretty basic to leave information to tell the customer where to find their parcel. They leave nothing. And when you contact customer care via the website to find out where the parcel is, they don't respond. Ever. And they have no phone number to contact. I've complained to Fastway numerous times and they've never responded. Customer care is non existent. It's an absolutely appalling courier service and I would strongly discourage any retailer from using them. read more

Truly unacceptable. Delivery service (used by amazon) claims to have left notices but never does. When you wait all day at home for them... they leave your package at a depot down the road (where you pay extra to pick it up). Have had trouble on multiple packages. Waiting a month for delivery and terrible response time. Pregnant? Disabled? Not able to get to the depot? Too bad. When he finally showed up he scolded me for not being at home during working hours. I can't imagine I'm the only customer who works. PLEASE STOP USING THEM, Amazon. read more

If you use Fastway fondeliver anything for you, you are taking a risk. If things go fine then you have won. If things go wrong and you need support you are SOL. This company has removed it's phone support to "provide better customer support via online contact forms". They do not answer. I have waited 3 weeks, sent emails from multiple accounts and nothing. Sent a package which was marked delivered in wrong part of the country, tracked and insured for the full amount. The customer never received it and they will not answer a single email. My only option is to order a delivery and force a number out of a driver or call a solicitor. Avoid these clowns at all costs. Company is a sham and if you need any support from them you will be left with no answers and out of pocket no matter if you have insurance or not. read more

'Parcel delivered and signed for' Not by me! 100 euro worth of sports gear gone two weeks before Christmas. Delivered to god knows who. Santa present nonetheless!! Delivery driver left the parcel on the doorstep, turned, walked back to van and drove off. He's on camera, staring at his phone the whole time too. Fortunately the parcel wasn't stolen. Could very well have been though. I couldn't find customer service contacts, so I came here. read more

1 star because I had to give it. Absolute shambles of a company. Lost my package on the 13th of December and didn't bother to let me know. Went to the depot today to find out where it was and dealt with one staff member who seemed to think 'Oh we can't find it' was an acceptable answer. Then he told me it was in Portarlington. THEN after I asked to speak to someone who could say more than 'I dunno' to every question, I was told that actually my package was lost, possible stolen, and it would be investigated but I definitely wouldn't have a replacement in time for Christmas. This was after spending over an hour trying to contact someone on the phone, 3 ignored emails and 2 ignored Facebook messages trying to track it down. Words can hardly describe how terrible the service I received was. Never again. read more

Used Fastway for our business for around 10 years, because they were cheap. Unbelievably poor customer service and blatantly obvious that their drivers do not give a monkey's. So many cock-ups that I couldn't list them all here, just shockingly bad overall. Finally binned them and moved on. Avoid them like Covid. read more

Every time they deliver anything they take weeks even though they already have the package. I ordered next day delivery from Ireland and is been 8 days already, they first claim not to have the right address. I mailed them over a week now, and not a single answer. The client had to get in contact with them, they said that 'Due to previous altercations in this area we are unable to deliver to this area at present'. The location is in the city center. There is not altercations and there was another post company bringing packages all week to the building. It looks like they lost the package, or they don't want to work. I still trying to get in contact with them and again nothing. read more

Hi, even one star is a lot for these guys. They tried to deliver my package during work hours--when, naturally, most people work too. Then they sent me an email to ask me to re-schedule delivery on their website. When I went there, the link didn't work. Sent them a couple of emails asking them to call me--no response whatsoever over 2 days. There is no phone number listed on their website--which is also unacceptable for any respectable business these days. Can't believe this company is still in business, seriously. Such terrible service, or lack of it, I should say! read more

Brutal service. Never once had a successful delivery. I keep getting the same excuse that they cannot find my address. I end up doing their job for them and have to go out and collect the parcel myself. Avoid this company at all costs, double check with whoever you buy from that they do not using their parcel company. read more

Without a doubt the most incompetent, untrustworthy company I have ever come across. Do yourself a favour and do not engage with these people for any service what so ever. We have been using them for about 8 months and in that time they have lost parcels, damaged parcels, late deliveries, left deliveries on peoples door steps in the rain and the list goes on. There is no way to contact any one as no one ever answers the phone at any of their branches. I would imagine they dont answer the phone any more due to the volume of mess ups that they have on a daily basis. I was given an email address for a manager one day - David Nevin in the midlands branch but even he will not reply to my emails with regards to some parcels that are currently missing and 1 that was so badly damaged that it looks like it had been dropped from a height multiple times. I would never leave a bad review but this company are just infuriating and my advice is to avoid them like the plague. My understanding is that the drivers are all self employed and get paid by the delivery so will literally leave a package anywhere so that they can say it was delivered and I have witnessed them first hand throwing their customers packages around with no regard what so ever to the contents. There are way better companies out there - so why bother with these wasters! Just have a look at their reviews on trust pilot - Also note that this company also runs under the name www.parcelconnect.com - they promise next day pickup from any location but I have waited for weeks on more than one occasion. read more

Again I'm annoyed I have to give this company even one star. Today was the second time I had the misfortune to receive a parcel from this company, and the second time they messed it up. Their staff left a parcel on my doorstep when no one was home and I was not due to be home for several days. €200 worth of goods just left on a main road!!! Lucky a neighbour spotted it. The worst thing is that I requested a change of delivery address four days ago which was clearly ignored. Now I know why the previous parcel went missing, because they probably left it on the street for anyone to take. It seems to be nearly impossible to contact anyone in the company. The last time I ended up leaving them a bad review and they contacted me, asking me to forward the bad review so they could address it. I never heard from them again, Not even an apology for my son losing his birthday present. Absolutely appalling service. No wonder they have such bad reviews. read more

I've had three "run-ins" with Fastway and every one has been an arduous bit of business with horrible to non-existent customer service. They hide behind email - clearly deliberately - and offer no phone number or live human being to directly handle a problem. They seem to do this because they know their shoddy service will generate many problems and have no interest in addressing them in a timely way. I recently ordered something from Argos and my heart sank when I saw that it had been assigned to Fastway. Sure enough, the same exact problems with receiving the delivery occurred. The customer service lady at Argos was pleasant and helpful and did not seem at all surprised to be talking to a customer unhappy with Fastway. She said that even she can only contact them by email, as they make no number available to them either. Pitiful. I don't know how they can stay in business with such poor service and such embarrassing ratings. read more

As a business I was looking for a reliable and on time service, I received neither. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Have now signed up with a new courier service yes a little more expensive but as the saying goes ... "Buy cheap, buy twice" Customer service is shocking and sadly drivers are not reliable. No communication nothing.. other than me emailing asking the obvious and getting the run around. They cannot be contacted other than email...
