After a week I called and asked for an update since nobody contacted me. I was told that a 3rd party actually repairs them and they would get to it next week (no mention of this when I dropped them off). Another week of and a half of radio silence went by so I called again. I was told that the signs were sitting there but she'd have to call me back. When she did she said it would be $350 per sign to repair. My jaw hit the floor. I told her no thanks. The signs don't even cost that much brand new. It sounded like they just pulled a random number out of the air since no effort was made to contact me. When my wife picked up the signs she questioned the ridiculous repair cost and she was told that "they are a pain". Clearly they didn't want my business, so I wish they would have stated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. I have more faith in the customer service from a stoner in a Taco Bell drive-thru than I do from these clowns.

To Whom It May Concern; My company had a problem with our…read moreoffice sign and was extremely concerned about the safety of our clientele. It was about to fall down, so we contacted the company that originally hung it up. They sent an employee, that while very friendly, was openly not experienced enough to fix it for us. He had complained that our sign was not hung up correctly in the first place and he was not familiar with how to get it repaired. We were given an estimated amount for how much certain repairs were, but we were never told that our bill would total over $500. This company feels that their clients should pay for travel time from St. Charles to South County in rush hour in the morning and evening. According to the manager and receptionist at this company, a driver was sent with an ill-equipped truck. Since the employee was not familiar with our surrounding location, we had to pay for him to ask several people how to get to a Lowe's and drive there in order to purchase all of the correct parts. This was also after time spent trying to figure out was wrong while talking on the phone with his own manager and getting instructions on what to do. The employee spent most of the day smoking in front of our office building, directly in front of our non-smoking sign. It was unprofessional having someone blowing smoke in front of the entrance where our clients must enter. Not to mention the fact that the truck to fix the sign covered our entrance and made it difficult for our clients to enter as well. The receptionist backed her employee saying that smoking does not take a long time; however, it can when he smokes equivalent to a full pack in a few hours. He also made my employees wait for him to clean up before they could leave. He did not seem very efficient. We were charged for over 5 hours of work when it should have taken only 2. The company was very disrespectful to both of my employees that I had contact them in regards to our bill. The receipt that we signed was very vague and he did not ask for an owner or manager to sign, he had a part time high school worker sign off on it. Both the manager and the receptionist were not open to our concerns and felt that we owed them since we were not charged for over time. We tried explaining that this would not have been so much of a concern if there was a more detailed estimate reviewed before any repairs were completed. If the company would have recognized his concerns in not being experienced enough, they would have been able to send another, more experienced employee and well-equipped truck. It would be easier if the company would be more up front, with a set policy, so there would be less problems and confusion. Being in the customer service industry, it is not always that the customer is right, but it is about opening up to your mistakes and realizing when a situation could have been handled better. I would urge other companies to avoid interactions with this company.
