This Security company has off duty Firefighters, Police Officers, Current and prior service military Veterans. The training just continues they all do in house training such as how to respond to emergency situations, room clearing, observing areas, how to deal with situations that may occur. They also do out of house training with Krav Maga that offers Law Enforcement Defensive tactics every month. Each of the Security Officers must complete the 10 hour Law Enforcement Defensive tactics class. They even has an "SRT" Special Response Team!

They went above and beyond to get the system working as intended. Among other things, they came to my house three more times then they expected to (including coming once after-hours), and they added some additional equipment to the setup that they did not charge me for. All the workers I interacted with were extremely friendly and personable, and the steady communication from them at every stage of trouble-shooting the issue was amazing. I never felt like I was in the dark, and I never had to struggle to get into contact with somebody for an update.
