There is nothing I love more than great customer service and a good product. From the first time I talked to April over and thumbprint, I felt at home. She was knowledgeable and patient and extremely personable and made the process of getting our new vans wrapped and ready for business. Not to mention how beautiful the vans look!!!!! (See pictures attached!) So glad I found this gem of a print services company, they now have a customer for life. I am really excited about expanding and growing with this amazing company. ThumbPrint Digital Printing & Signs you got an A+ from Cindy & the entire CVT team. I look forward to learning about more your printing services and creating great collateral for my business.

I was referred to Thumbprint Digital by my friend to have my company truck wrapped by them. I reached out by phone and talked to April who helped me through out the design and logo placement on my truck. I sent over the logo and name expecting to simply have the truck be fitted with just that, boy was I wrong! April (and if anyone else had helped thank you to them too!) went above and beyond with the logo design on the truck. The truck wrap looks amazing and after she finished the first draft of the logo they worked quickly on tweaking the minor things I wanted changed. I highly recommend this company for any sort of vehicle wraps or signage. I will be back when for more work when it's needed. Thank you to everyone there!

What an amazing experience today! After being told at Costco that they couldn't do our printing in house and it would take a few days to print. We decided to look around for a printing company. We found ThumpPrint Digital Printing. April was amazing from the moment I called in to our first visit. The quality of the invite is top notch!! I'm very pleased and excited to send out our daughters invites out. Thank you!!!

    Fantastic job guys!!!

After three years in business, I was finally able to move forward with getting my work van wrapped. I had heard many great things about Thumbprint, and my decision to move forward with them has proven to be the right decision. The entire process from initial consultation to picking up my van after the wrap was installed was simple and fluid. I am very happy with the finished product, and they certainly lived up to their hard earned reputation of delivering a great product with great service.

    Love our signs! Aluminum. Glorious.

Thumbprint has done consistently fantastic work for my business time and time again. My magnetic businesses cards, vehicle wrap and thank you cards are all points of pride. Not only is their work of the highest quality but so is the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastically helpful. I am proud to refer them for all printing services.

Had stripes put on my Challenger SRT8 today. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Looks incredible! ! Kenny was more than accommodating on getting them done. Looks better than the factory stripes. Would 110% recommend him!

The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. You can tell he cares deeply about the customer experience. Highly recommend Diamond Auto Salon. We'll definitely be back.

1-Star Review for Variety Wraps…read more I began working with Richard at Variety Wraps in late September to design and install a business wrap on my 2007 Toyota Yaris. At first, things seemed positive -- I provided my logo, and we discussed design ideas, colors, and the heavy oxidation on my car's paint. Richard acknowledged that and said he would determine the right "tackiness" of vinyl to make it adhere properly. Unfortunately, the project quickly became an ongoing "big experimentation," in his own words. He repeatedly mentioned how difficult the oxidation made the job but never recommended the proper preparation steps -- such as sanding or priming -- that other reputable wrap shops later told me are essential for adhesion and longevity. Several shops confirmed that a car with significant oxidation should never be wrapped without those steps. Instead, he continued trying to apply pieces of wrap directly to the oxidized paint, saying he was "testing different materials." After delays, scrapped pieces, and constant complaints from him about how challenging the job was, it became clear he didn't have the expertise for this situation -- or any real timeline. At one point, he admitted he couldn't say when the car would be finished because of the "special situation." I needed the car for work and had planned to bring it back, but when I picked it up, though the roof had been completed, the cuts were uneven in places making it look unfinished. At that point, I decided I couldn't continue. He later invoiced me for "a la carte" fees, including $300 for artwork, $150 for prep/experimentation, $250 for the completed roof, and $250 for partial installation -- charging me half of the quoted price, even though not even half of the car had been completed. I paid to close the chapter, but I regret it. He texted me several times afterward asking to finish the job, but I simply couldn't risk it. Would you? When I asked why he didn't sand the car first, his response said it all: "I'm not a paint expert." He even began questioning me about how other companies handle sanding and rust prevention -- which made it clear who was actually lacking expertise. Worse, when I asked for the design files I had already paid for, he stopped responding to my messages. To date, I have never received them. I've went to a more professional shop that confirmed the problems with his work: uneven cuts, no protective lamination, and improper preparation. I strongly caution anyone considering Variety Wraps -- especially if your vehicle has paint wear or oxidation. Richard kept saying he was trying to "educate" me about the issues, but after he used my car as an experiment, I'm not sure I was the one who needed the lesson. What should have been a simple business wrap became an expensive and frustrating "experiment".

I literally just bought this Escalade, and Philip and his team treated it like it was their own. That alone says everything. I brought it in for tints, front PPF, smoked taillights, and full emblem replacement, a lot of work and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars, and Philip didn't rush anything. The attention to detail shows all around. Clean, dialed, and exactly how I wanted it. Super thankful for Philip and his team for coming through, especially since this was for my wife's birthday. She loved it!!! I'll definitely be back for more upgrades. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I do not want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop…read more They are simply not capable of performing quality work. God forbid they damage your car, they may just gaslight you and make you feel dumb for wanting it fixed. I originally inquired with Philip about having my M550i wrapped in PurePPF. It seemed like the highest quality colored PPF brand on the market with a wide array of colors. Philip told me he could not confidently stand behind PurePPF as a product because it is "too new" in the industry and cannot put his warranty behind them, even though PurePPF has a 10 year warranty of their own, he said he questioned their longevity as a business that could even last that long. I found out much later on that he is not able to even get PurePPF because they only allow certain shops within a mile radius of one another. He heavily insisted on Inozetek and even took $250 off to further convince me to not use PurePPF. I decide to trust him & location was convenient. I end up having them wrap my car in Inozetek's Dynamic PPF Satin Midnight Black. I also added 20% tints and had them install a front lip and rear diffuser. I drop off the car and in a week I am told it is ready for pickup. Philip quickly leaves in a hurry and I am left with Noah to go over the car with. Immediately, we notice a large rip in the rear bumper which he quickly assures me will be taken care of. At this time, we are inspecting the car in shop lighting which was a bit hard to see super clearly because it was getting dark. The next day I look at my car in the sun and notice much more of the quality of work I received. I notice many areas of peeling, wrinkling, a lot of weird blue stains throughout the wrap, a mesh section under my grille is visibly melted from heat gun or mini torch and my brand new carbon exhaust tips are damaged (Photos attached). I send all of the photos and video to Noah and Philip. They assure me it is normal and say "we both think your car looks great!" and all will be taken care of. I told Philip I wanted to show him in person because he had left rather quickly as I mentioned, and there were obviously a lot of issues. I told him I would come in a couple days later. I arrive and he is not there, but Noah is. We go over everything and again. Noah is very apologetic and assures me everything will be fixed, they will pay for the exhaust tips and order the replacement plastic piece. I am very skeptical at this point, but I remained hopeful and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. He tells me to come back in a week for "touch ups". I come back a week later to drop the car off with Noah. This is to redo the front and rear bumpers, and address all of the lifting/wrinkling. He also told me he ordered the replacement plastic piece. I leave the car for over 20 days (Sep 4-26). I was out of town for a ~6 days of this so I was not super concerned being without a car, but he kept pushing it back which was odd and said he had to redo the front bumper 3 times, which obviously does not sound great. He also claims the plastic piece 'he ordered' from BMW never arrived but he was going to "go to BMW" to get the part. The next day Noah tells me the car is ready, so I arrange a ride out there to pick it up. When I arrive, the rear bumper was not even redone. He said he didn't get a chance to do it and ran out of film because of redoing the front bumper 3 times. He did not even mention this until I arrived which was confusing and frustrating. We also immediately notice the front bumper was still significantly stained blue (even more than before). The plastic piece was also no where to be found as he claimed it was lost in transit and he's trying to contact BMW (I later find out that he never even ordered the part, more later). He tells me he will reach out to me when the new PPF film comes in and the BMW plastic part. I also have no idea where Philip was. I hadn't seen him at all in a while and Noah kept telling me he never comes in and that he is in charge of this situation. Philip had also said this at the earlier stage that Noah would be taking care of everything. About a week goes by and nothing from Noah. I try calling him but no answer. He finally texts me out of the blue and says he is quitting Alpha and he is at home sick with food poisoning. I am now very confused and upset and starting to feel hopeless. I ask him what do you suggest I do? He says Philip should honor your touch ups and everything, he knows the situation. I send him a few more messages but no response and this is the last I hear from him. (Oct 3) I immediately call Philip and he told me Noah was fired for stealing (allegedly). We schedule the following Monday (Oct 6) for me to come in and I have to re-explain everything to him and show him the condition of the car...
