I was told that it was five dollars to print a return label for an Amazon return. I took out of my wallet and set it on the counter. She literally looked at it and said cash or credit, and I stared back at her in disbelief. Said so just stared at me until I picked up the five dollars and handed it 6 inches across the table to her. It was just an absolutely horrible experience from the I walked in there. It took them about five minutes to even recognize that I was there because she was chatting with her coworker about stuff using language that I would not use in a professional setting. I will never come back to this location unless it's absolutely necessary.

I've been coming here off and on for years now. It's what I consider a one stop for all types of…read moreunusual services that I don't need on a regular basis. Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.

I'll start by saying the manager there was very good when we spoke to him on another visit. But, on…read moreour next visit, the two people working there acted as if i was bothering them. I needed to get some posters laminated, and they seemed very put off by the request and even suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to see if they could be framed cheaper. I was told I couldn't wait for them because it takes two hours at least to laminate 10 posters (18x24). I was fine with that, but I was told they would call when they were done. Well, no one ever called me. The next day I called and was told they weren't done yet, they had to be "trimmed out" and the person answering the call "wasn't told anything about them". Neither of these issues are my problem, they've had 24 hours to produce the laminated posters and likely wouldn't have done it them if I didn't call; even after they said they would be done in 2 hours. Mind you, I'm paying over $100 to have these laminated! This was originally a "1", but Tassie at the store was very professional and kind. Her actions got them another star.
