I stayed silent and asked to simply move past it and complete the transaction. My shipping label was already printed and sitting in the output tray, ready for me to pay for and collect. Instead of completing the sale, the first clerk deliberately abandoned the rendered print job in the tray, refused to accept payment, and announced she refused to serve me. Employee misconduct, unwarranted escalation, and an improper refusal of service involving two employees at a FedEx Office retail location. I have the store location, the exact timestamp, and the Print & Go retrieval code ready. The two associates working the evening counter were unprofessional and under-trained.

Damaged as well. *waited an hour for them to come up with a make shift fix. The jacket was ruined. My son is in the Navy and they knew that. I had one chance to make this jacket right. It had already been altered to fit him. This jacket was for his Wedding day on 12/22!! My son flies in and refuses to wear the jacket. I hunt around town and finally found one that we have no option but to use. My son is 6'3" and thin. It's not easy to find suit jackets to fit him. I then emailed to find a way to resolve the matter and was informed that all they could do to help me out is refund me $10 for the cost of the print. Horrible!!
