I received such great service from FASTSIGNS Folsom! Shelly and Aaron were great to work with! The bid, order and installation process was very smooth, and the pricing very competitive. I ordered a very large custom company sign for our front lobby, and two large glass whiteboards for our conference room. Everything turned out fantastic! I highly recommend this business, and they will have ALL of my projects in the future. read more

I last week Thursday, my brother decided that we needed a full size cut out of my mother for her "Celebration of Life " that was to be held Saturday morning. So I called fastSigns to see if they could do it since I couldn't find anyone else. And Shelly (I belt) had me send her a picture and after her team looked at it, they assured me that they would have it done by end of day Friday. They had it done early on Friday. Thank you so much. That was a big hit at my dead mothers celebration file read more

I have been using FastSigns in Folsom for a few jobs here and there over the past few years. They have always been very easy to work with - and definitely have a very quick turnaround. However, the best thing about this shop is that they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that they take care of their customers. This past weekend, I forgot to pick up my signs for a big event that I had {thinking they were open on Saturdays and I'd be fine}. When I discovered they are closed on Saturdays {at 9pm on Friday night}, I went into complete panic and tried reaching out to see if I can get any sort of help. Peter responded within an hour via text and email and offered to meet me in the morning to get my signs. He met me there right on time, and saved me from a big potential disaster {no parking or directional signs for an event with 600+ attendees!}. Thank you, Peter! Highly recommend this FastSigns location!! read more

This place is great!! We contacted them to make some banners for our group and were treated like very valued customers! Peter answered all of our questions (and we had a-lot!) and was very responsive during and outside of business hours! These guys work very hard to get the desired job done and are very professional and pleasant to work with at the same time! We will be back for more print jobs and, banners, and T-shirts very soon! I will highly recommend this place for all of your print business needs. Thank you guys! read more

Our experience with FASTSIGNS was wonderful. I've never had a banner made before and they patiently helped me through the whole process. Hoss the designer was wonderful to work with and his expertise was extremely helpful in creating a product of which we could be proud. Shelley was very responsive to my many messages and was a delight to work with throughout. FASTSIGNS staff is professional, courteous, and their expertise is clearly evident. They let me control the design while guiding me toward practical and economical choices to best suit my needs and budget. We at Lakeside Memorial Lawn Cemetery and Miller Funeral Home highly recommend FASTSIGNS and will definitely be using their services again! read more

I ordered a trophy online which accommodates a limited amount of characters. It arrived the day before the honorary celebration. With no time to spare, I brought the trophy to FASTSIGNS. They were courteous, knowledgeable and produced perfection in no time flat! I would highly recommend them for fast, quality engraving and signage. Thanks read more

Shelley was awesome, again, so I wanted to be sure and leave a review. Thanks for the fair price, fast turnaround and great sign.

Their customer service is top notch! We had an issue with a sign we purchased from them about a year ago and they fixed it all and gave us a temporary sign to use without us even asking for one. Can't say enough good things about them! Will definitely come back here again! read more

I have been doing business with this location for several years, recently I needed a specialty project done. Just a small plate made for a collector car I own. There was a miscommunication on the pick up time. Peter M. offered to bring the item to my house. That night, in the rain, on his own personal time he hand delivered what I needed. It was made right and worked perfectly! He even made a spare in case something went wrong. Something did go wrong I stepped on the piece and broke it. Thankfully I had a spare. I would strongly recommend them for all your signage needs. Everyone sells signs what is hard is to find the service that goes with it, this location has both. read more

Very poor customer service. Walked in at 4:50pm and asked the lady at the front desk if they could cut two small rectangles out of sticker vinyl. In an unpleasant tone she said it was 5 minutes before closing and my request was too last minute. The sign on the outside of the door and online says they close at 5:30pm. They made no offer to cut and have them ready another day or even ask the details of what I wanted. They lost a customer for life. read more

In a "big business" world, it's nice to do business with professionals who do a fantastic job at a reasonable price and are a caring member of the community. FastSigns in Folsom does work for lots of the businesses in the area but made me feel like a very important customer when I called them with a last minute rush to help find a member of our family. When our little dog went missing without her collar and tags on, we didn't know what to do. We printed up some flyers on the computer and posted them but night was coming and we were afraid these would not get noticed. I called FastSigns at around 4:00 and told them I needed signs quick - before people started coming home from work. Joe really felt for us and said he would stay late to get them done. I sent him a picture of our little dog and he did the layout for me and waived the rush charges. I ordered two signs and when I got there, he gave me three additional. They were bold and beautiful - red and yellow and very attention getting. The next morning our little dog still hadn't been found. I was out walking and looking for her and ran into many people who had seen the signs Joe made for us. I spotted a man pulling up to one of the signs writing our number down. He discovered our little dog in his humane raccoon trap that morning. His wife said the dog in the raccoon trap looked like the dog in the picture on the signs and he was getting my number to call us. I called FastSigns to tell them we found our dog and they were extremely relieved - they'd been talking about her that very morning. I will go out of my way to refer business and do business with this fine company. read more

I stopped into this Folsom Fast Signs one morning to order a team banner for our soccer team from Shelley and received amazing service! By that afternoon, I had a proof for our design emailed to me with a follow up phone call to let me know it was sent for approval. I was able to approve it quickly and looked to pick it up within a week. To my surprise, I was contacted the NEXT morning by Shelley letting me know that my banner was ready! 24 hour turn time with no special request to do so, now that's awesome service true to their business name. The staff was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend this business to everyone! read more
