I have been using FastSigns in Folsom for a few jobs here and there over the past few years. They have always been very easy to work with - and definitely have a very quick turnaround. However, the best thing about this shop is that they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that they take care of their customers. This past weekend, I forgot to pick up my signs for a big event that I had {thinking they were open on Saturdays and I'd be fine}. When I discovered they are closed on Saturdays {at 9pm on Friday night}, I went into complete panic and tried reaching out to see if I can get any sort of help. Peter responded within an hour via text and email and offered to meet me in the morning to get my signs. He met me there right on time, and saved me from a big potential disaster {no parking or directional signs for an event with 600+ attendees!}. Thank you, Peter! I have been doing business with this location for several years, recently I needed a specialty project done. Just a small plate made for a collector car I own. There was a miscommunication on the pick up time. Peter M. offered to bring the item to my house. That night, in the rain, on his own personal time he hand delivered what I needed. It was made right and worked perfectly! He even made a spare in case something went wrong. Something did go wrong I stepped on the piece and broke it. Thankfully I had a spare. Very poor customer service. Walked in at 4:50pm and asked the lady at the front desk if they could cut two small rectangles out of sticker vinyl. In an unpleasant tone she said it was 5 minutes before closing and my request was too last minute. The sign on the outside of the door and online says they close at 5:30pm. They made no offer to cut and have them ready another day or even ask the details of what I wanted. They lost a customer for life. read more

I've used the Folsom Fast Signs for years now. They just made my 3rd set of signs for my 3rd studio location. They always do a great job and offer terrific customer service. In a "big business" world, it's nice to do business with professionals who do a fantastic job at a reasonable price and are a caring member of the community. FastSigns in Folsom does work for lots of the businesses in the area but made me feel like a very important customer when I called them with a last minute rush to help find a member of our family. When our little dog went missing without her collar and tags on, we didn't know what to do. We printed up some flyers on the computer and posted them but night was coming and we were afraid these would not get noticed. I called FastSigns at around 4:00 and told them I needed signs quick - before people started coming home from work. Joe really felt for us and said he would stay late to get them done. I sent him a picture of our little dog and he did the layout for me and waived the rush charges. I ordered two signs and when I got there, he gave me three additional. They were bold and beautiful - red and yellow and very attention getting. The next morning our little dog still hadn't been found. I was out walking and looking for her and ran into many people who had seen the signs Joe made for us. I spotted a man pulling up to one of the signs writing our number down. He discovered our little dog in his humane raccoon trap that morning. His wife said the dog in the raccoon trap looked like the dog in the picture on the signs and he was getting my number to call us. I called FastSigns to tell them we found our dog and they were extremely relieved - they'd been talking about her that very morning. By that afternoon, I had a proof for our design emailed to me with a follow up phone call to let me know it was sent for approval.
