I had a deadline of getting a banner made in 5 days. I was promised by Fast Signs that would not be a problem. Unfortunately they did not come through with their promise and the event I was involved in went on without a banner. To be honest I believe the problem was with the young lady that managing my order and not with the company.
It is my opinion that the Fast Sign employee either forgot about my order or had something else on her mind other than her job those last few days. After working with her over a problem with my graphic and I providing feedback on the first proof through emails from that point on she never contacted me again. I tried emailing her (our main form of contact) and never received a response. I called to find out what was going on and did get to talk with her. After explaining who I was I asked if I would be getting my banner on time and it was if she had no idea about the order at all. She said that she would talk to the printer. I never heard back from her.
All I got to say is be aware. Not all employees are equal. read more
