Andy and his team were professional, arrived on time each day, and cleaned up exceptionally well on their last day. Andy inspected their work to make sure we were satisfied with installing drywall, filling in holes, and painting. My husband and I are more than satisfied by Five Star Painting and definitely recommend them!

Bought floors from them 6 yrs ago. They came out and measured and only ordered half the floor I…read moreneeded and didn't realize it till the floors were ripped apart so had to wait 3-4 more weeks for the rest of the flooring. And just found out last week when I had my hvac ducts cleaned that the lovely installers crammed all their scrap wood down my vents. Who checks their vents randomly? More so how terrible of a human being are you to not be professional and shove wood pieces down someone's vents? Will never go back here again

1. The salespeople at the store, with the exception of the manager, had no earthly clue what was…read moregoing on. This was extremely frustrating and did not make the selling process go easy. 2. They had one contractor do the measurements and a separate contractor do the installation. Therefore, several of the measurements did not translate over during the installation. 3. During pick-up of materials, they gave us door frames. We did not do our door frames in this project. 4. Sales representatives were not helpful when choosing baseboards. They told us that the 3" would be replaced and fit. During installation, the 3" baseboard did not fit, and we needed to replace/buy 5" baseboards for the whole project. Actually had to go to a store to purchase more baseboards during install because they didn't have enough. 5. There is a clear lack of communication between employees and LL Flooring to contractors. This made it incredibly frustrating especially when we had to spend more money than necessary. 6. Corporate not connecting with the local stores is ridiculous. I don't understand why your employees wouldn't have a number or a rep they would call to connect with corporate. 7. Our install crew was great. We'd recommend them highly. 8. Also, who pays everything upfront before the job is completed? I could see half, but not the whole amount. Luckily, the floors turned out nice after all of this aggravation. The installers were great, but I will not use LL Flooring again.

He looked everything over and also found the cables were badly frayed. Jerry put new springs (Heavier than what he removed as the existing springs were a little undersized for our heavy wood door), and cables on in about 90 minutes. He took the time to lubricate all of the friction points and went over how often to lubricate and what to use and what not to use as a lubricant. The price was really reasonable for all the work he performed, We absolutely recommend Evans Garage Doors!

Wires from the garage doors were run thought the sheetrock which left exposed dangling wires. I then called Evans Garage Doors and the office assistant told me they could complete the repairs. Evans Garage Doors was never interested in completing their work and I will never consider them for purchasing or completing installations. Bob Claborn
