I have been using FastSigns for my construction company for 30 years. I have followed them to a few different locations and have always thought they did a great job on all my trucks, trailers and job site signs. I no longer feel that way. I went in a few weeks ago to get signs for a new truck. The guy at the counter was far more interested in his lunch than he was in helping me. He finally got the "graphic designer" that told me I would have to tell him what i wanted and the size. In the past they were helpful; and would give advice even come out and take measurements. Finally a manager got involved and expressed some interest and said they would get back to me with a proposed plan. Weeks later, nothing. I went to Signs by Tomorrow and guess what they did a great job. They were helpful, pleasant and had great ideas. Everything Fastsigns USED to be. Yeah they're fast -- and I was really happy with the results. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!

They can make pretty much whatever you want, but the prices are high. I needed a plastic small sign with engraved letters, to screw to a door. It was supposed to say: "Keep door closed. No storage." It was almost $30, and I had to wait a day or so for it to get made. But if you have lots of money, and need signage for a business, including sweet-looking lettering on vehicles, they can do almost anything. read more

Great service. Jared followed through with everything. He had design and material suggestions. I never had to "chase him down" as he was on top of things from the beginning. Pricing was very reasonable. Turn around time was very fast. The signs were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Jared also worked with me on a sign for the glass front door at our office. it was a bit more of a challenge to find the right material but in the end Jared made sure we had exactly what we needed. And kudos to Bob, the installer, as well. Perfect job installing every piece we bought. They both made me look good. I would never hesitate using this Fastsigns store for whatever sign job I had. This place is extremely unprofessional. I went in and talked to the owner about getting graphics for my van. I told him I had $800 to spend and he said that was no problem after giving him very detail info on what I was looking for. I even put $800 limit on the info sheet I filled out. They send me the first draft which was nothing at all what I described, so I came in to talk to the designer since the owner didn't communicate that to her. When I came in, music was blasting and I couldn't even hear her. I had to ask twice to have it turned down and was never offered a chair. After finally getting the final draft which took 2 weeks when I was told it would take less than a week, I get a bill for $1250! I complained in my email restating that I had $800 to spend and never even got a response. I decide to go into the shop and talk to the owner who was extremely rude and told me it was a $1200 job even though he knew I only had $800 to spend. He lectured me, never apologized, and never took any responsiblity for dropping the ball and being unprofessional. I finally walked out. I don't like to leave negative reviews because I know people's experiences can vary and sometimes businesses don't deserve them, but this was so awful, I had to share it. read more

I couldn't find any place that could do this "odd" size poster that I needed for our non-traditional guestbook for my wedding, until I was referred to Fastsigns. It turned out beautifully, and they had it ready the next day! They also worked with me to try to get the price down a bit since it was something I had forgotten about, so it was an unplanned expense.
