I think it's normal to ask questions as a customer and to see if it's a good fit to work w. them. Our business partner called me immediately after I spoke with Andy explaining how two faced he was and how he made racial remarks about not conducting business with us... I was completely shocked since I thought our conversation went so smooth...It was pretty obvious he didn't have the business acumen or intuition to understand that I'll most likely discuss our conversations w. Our business partner. Such low class behavior... This project was only going to take 30 mins to request a non lit sign w. Some letters. It costs less than $200 for materials for sign and he had audacity to upsell us by 600x... All in All a lot these companies try to kill every single penny out of you... don't be an asshole Andy Park

They keep promising they are "almost done" and even give me timing of when I will receive it, but time after time it's never sent. I take partial responsibility for continuing to trust that "maybe this time they will have something" for this long. Avoid this place at all costs!

I can always rely on stellar customer service that goes far beyond my expectations and staff who know this business like the back of their hands - Most importantly, they know how to get me in and out the quickest - which, to me, is invaluable. In short, I believe the subpar reviews I see here to be written by people of low caliber and I can describe them: less than a fourth grade education, are fraught with typos, misspellings and lack punctuation and offer no real insight into what a terrific service PostNet provides. These aforementioned authors obviously have no concept of what it costs to do things in today's [cutthroat] small business world of the Pandemic, i.e. send an email, receive a fax, mail an item with tracking, etc., and reviews are not indicative of the real world. To say these small businesses are struggling, is a complete understatement. I came in to print labels using my own paper( BECAUSE HE STATED IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE IF I USED HIS PAPER ) , and also provided my own layouts and just needed them printed and when I asked for the price, the employee had to leave to ask someone else. I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism! Instead of being accountable and being customer oriented they are combative with the customers in the reviews. This place won't last long and I plan on escalating this to the Better Business Bureau!
