I wish I could leave a separate review with a one-star for the daytime guy Ray, every time I come in he's always in a funky rude mood, my husband has said the same coming out of the store. I don't know if maybe we caught him on bad days but I don't think in customer service you should reflect your bad day on your customers. Just some food for thoughtt, I hope the next interaction is better!! The store is always really clean and is open despite all this covid-19 stuff. The ladies and the daytime are awesome too by the way

But as a loyal Yelper, I always feel compelled to write something about a business that I patronize. As far as gas stations go, they fit the bill as being a good, solid filling station. There is the expected convenience store within, car wash, restrooms and lottery tickets. They even go one step further by displaying a kiosk featuring Red Box DVD rentals near the entrance! You can't go wrong with a well rounded filling station that is available when you need not only gas, but food and drinks to take along on your trip! Prices are good too!

Nothing like a slurpee when it's hot outside and a hot cup of coffee on those chilly days when we run out at the office. The guys that work there are nice and friendly! When I asked, "Do I get my change or what?" he immediately got an attitude with me. Instead of simply giving me the change I was owed, he took money from the next customer's transaction, handed it to me, and made a disrespectful hand gesture basically telling me to get out of the store. Really dude? This was first thing in the morning, and there was absolutely no reason to treat a paying customer like that. I wasn't asking for anything special. I just wanted the correct change from my purchase and basic respect. Management seriously needs to address this employee's behavior and customer service.

However, this last couple of weeks (today is 09/29/2026) the price has gone way over $6/gallon. In comparison to the name brand gas stations, Costco gas is now quite pricey and at the same level as Bay Area prices. But this location still has lower price than at Costco Elk Grove or other nearby Costco gas stations. Typical long lines at Costco gas stations. One bad experience with a female gas attendant who was very rude directing customers which pump to go to and hurrying up customers as it was near closing time. She called me grandpa so I called her great grandma LMAOOOO I wasn't going to but she asked for it haha I was going to file a complaint with management inside but I didn't. I can't argue with that price especially since the shell across the street is showing $4.09 for regular and the gas station directly across named fastrip, is showing $3.95 for their regular. you can pit stop at this location to get food or drinks as well, and if you need air for your tire, you can go inside and inflat your tire for free, you just have to politely ask the worker to turn on the generator, with hesitation they will be more that helpful to do so. One item that had me rating this place low is due to all the homeless and bums that surround that location. while filling up for gas, you will be approached and asked for help with spare change or with help for food, defnitely not a place I would pit stop at night and get gas at, unless I was desperately in need of gas at that time. I would only suggest coming here during day time. Overall, cheap gas is cheap gas, and I would like it if this location was in a better neck of the woods.

This time I decided to also include a car wash, since my vehicle was covered in dust from a long dry summer. I received my secret PIN number printed on my gas receipt, and headed to the car wash drive through. I have used this service before, and wasn't expecting any additional frills, but the standard wash and dry. But to my pleasant surprise, this Chevron had an employee on standby ready to help me if I had questions or needed further instructions on how to use the wash station. I was able to figure out how to use the kiosk with little help, but it was nice to have someone there just in case. I hadn't used the car wash kiosk in quite sometime and it did have a lot of upgrades on it that I was worried I would press a wrong button or something! LOL! Anyway, the best part of this experience was that the young woman was very nice and helpful. She guided me into the stall correctly and then after the washing process, she guided me out, followed by some additional hand drying and making sure anything still stuck on my car was gently removed by hand. She even offered to vacuum the interior, but it wasn't necessary for me at the time. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little nervous about using this car wash when I realized at the last minute, that it doesn't have a brushless washing system. But my brand new vehicle emerged unscathed from any noticeable scratches. I feel comfortable enough to use their services again.
