My favorite is the Vietnamese, egg, coffee, but this time, I decided to go for the iced coconut coffee. As I've mentioned before, I absolutely love Vietnamese coffee, because it definitely has that "kick" to it. The coconut milk played so very well in blending into the coffee, the richness and sweetness of the coconut milk, just playing against the coffee perfectly. Just an amazing coffee. A little bit less successful, was a corn, sticky rice, that also came with mung beans. I liked the corn, and the sticky rice was just a little bit sweet, and it was great. The fried onions also gave it a bit of a contrast. I was not a fan of the mung beans. To me, they were just a bit dry. To me, the Dish ate a little bit like a dry stuffing. It also came with a "dust", that to me tasted kind of like peanuts and toffee. The Sweet and Savory of the Dish played very very well together. Their sugarcane with kumquat and sugarcane with pennywort are refreshing! But my absolute fave is their pandan sago dessert. The coconut milk is perfectly sweetened as well. It's one of my faves now.
