The store put me on hold for a few minutes and verified they had all the case items I needed. I proceeded to the store and got in line to check out. DELIA had never waited on me in the past and I had indicated she needed to get the item case codes from her book behind the register. She SMARTED off to me and told me she needed to check my cart. I explained that the items were ALL case items and they could not be rung up separately. Her ATTITUDE proceeded to get WORSE! People in line started screaming profanities at ME. While it was NOT my issue. She the cried for the manager on the store intercom. I will NO LONGER be using this store for purchases. I always try to spend money in Delano instead of Bakersfield.
