They are updating the actual fastrak cards so the old pucks need to be replaced. You can order them online and they will ship them right to your home. We had a few and did exactly that. They don't give you a return envelope so you would have to pay for the postage or drop them off. I was in SF and stopped by their building to do that. It was Christmas time and they had a tree up . so pretty. The staff here were very friendly. I had no problem dropping off the old pucks. It was simple. Their building is really nice looking with a large conference room on the first floor. There is an info booth right as you enter and they directed me to where the drop off counter was in the back.

I have been getting toll notices and toll violations in the mail for various locations in the Bay Area for two months. Their license plate readers are dyslexic and they have been sending bills for the wrong vehicle (there is a Lexus sedan in the photos; I do not own a Lexus). The Customer Service number does not work so I have been disputing charges by filling out an online form, one by one. If they answered the phone, maybe they'd be able to put a note into "my" file stating to check the photos better before sending me invoices and threatening registration holds on my SUV. Short and unsweet, so no 'pros' or 'cons'.

If you're traveling in San Francisco and the Bay Area, one definitely needs a fast track reader. It's actually a lot easier just to get one than pay fees on a toll you told yourself you would pay! I'm not sure if this is the main retail store in San Francisco, but I ended up here. The building is extremely clean and secure., upon walking in you are greeted by a doorman. He will direct you to the back of the lobby. There is a desk, man by two people who register you to go upstairs to the office. It's actually quite brilliant as the office is fairly small & on a good day could be extremely packed. The wait was not that long to go upstairs. Once I got there the line moved fast & the tellers were so good at what they do!

We reserved it a month in advance for 1:30-5:30pm and were instructed to pay in full via Zelle to hold the reservation. The week of the event, I followed up with Reese to confirm everything was set. He replied that we were "all set." On the day of the party, all of the girls had arrived by 1:15pm and were excitedly waiting by the window for the limo. By 1:37pm, there was still no limo and no communication from Reese. My daughter kept asking, "Is the limo coming?" and was trying hard not to cry. At 2:02pm, after waiting over 30 minutes with zero updates, we decided to move to Plan B and drive the girls ourselves. Just as we were walking out the door, a limo finally pulled up. The driver explained there had been car trouble and that he had been called in last minute as a backup. Unfortunately, the limo itself was in very poor condition: no AC, some windows didn't work, no music system at all (we had to grab a portable speaker), and a broken seatbelt alarm that dinged nonstop the entire ride. Most disappointing of all, Reese never contacted us afterward -- no apology, no explanation, and no partial refund. Completely ghosted. This was an incredibly stressful experience on an important day for our daughter, and I truly hope no other family has to deal with this on their child's birthday (or any event).

Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from the start. After booking, communication was extremely poor. Email responses were slow, often taking days. We became concerned after reading Yelp reviews mentioning no-shows, lateness, and poor service, and sadly, those concerns proved valid. Even receiving something as basic as our payment receipt, especially since they don't accept credit cards, took over a week. Confirming our itinerary and driver details also required repeated follow-up and wasn't finalized until just days before the trip. We clearly communicated that punctuality was critical because we had prepaid tours and luncheon reservations at a winery. When we finally spoke with the owner, we were assured everything would be fine. It wasn't. Our scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM. By 10:15, no one had arrived. Calls to both the owner and driver went unanswered. By 10:30, with no communication at all, our group was understandably very worried. Eventually, we tracked down an assistant who had previously sent our receipt. She answered, apologized, and promised to investigate. The driver later called and said he'd arrive in 10-15 minutes. That turned into another 30+ minutes, followed by additional delays. In total, the driver arrived about 90 minutes late. As a result, we missed our first winery stop entirely. What was most frustrating was not just the lateness, but the complete lack of proactive communication. No warning. No ETA updates. No accountability. We were simply left waiting and wondering if anyone was coming at all. If your plans depend on reliability, professionalism, and being on time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company caused unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted what should have been a special day.

Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.

While planning the day I was struggling to come up with something for 14 of us to do between the ceremony and an elegant evening dinner. We are a group of 20, 40 ,50 and 60 somethings all dressed up and ready to go, but where?! Our photographer suggested we rent a trolley through Events West. We figured it would be a great way to stay dressed up and see the city with our out of town guests. Ben the owner was great. I contacted him and he suggested we stop at a food truck and bring a playlist as they have Bluetooth capability. He is very friendly and genuinely interested in helping his clients have a good time. I paid a little extra so we could bring champagne on board - (and snacks!) total blast. Ben is great with pre arrangements. Things went smoothly and no surprises. It was so San Francisco. I highly recommend this adventure! Events West - contact Ben, Ask for Liz ! It was absolutely worth every penny. My group said "tell Ben he nailed it"! I called him soon after and thanked him. He said he was out of town purchasing 2 more trolleys for Nashville!! He's going to start a service in Nashville! I told him I'd write a great review and he can share it with them too! If you have an event in San Francisco or Nashville, seriously consider the trolley. It's private, authentic (old trolley car but on wheels). You can chose to get off and look around or stay on and cruise around. We got off 2 times .. mostly just had straight up fun. Do it! LB
