Very disappointing experience. My husband was genuinely sick with fever, body aches, headache, loss of appetite, and flu-like symptoms and needed a doctor's note to return to work. We attempted to come in around 7 PM one evening (they close at 8 PM) but were turned away and told they were no longer taking patients, even though they were still open. We were instead scheduled for an appointment the next morning at 8 AM. By the time he was seen, several days had passed and his symptoms were improving, which is normal. However, the doctor's note stated they could not excuse prior missed work because he "presented for work excuse" and tested negative for COVID/flu. The wording felt dismissive and implied he wasn't truly sick. The wording of the note was very disappointing and came across as dismissive, as if my husband was not truly sick or was being dishonest. Anyone who has been ill knows that by day 4-5 symptoms can improve and tests can be negative, even if you were genuinely sick earlier. We were not asking for anything unreasonable -- just documentation acknowledging that he had been ill and unable to work. Compassion and better bedside manner would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling judged rather than cared for. read more

Just another walk in clinic who's management cannot get their things in order. It's a wonder how they are able to keep anyone employed... As someone who has years of management experience, they need to clean house on the management level. This goes for all their facilities. Overall, the staff at the counters are excellent. But it's extremely obvious that the management requires a lot more training. Message for the management, you guys should really look into McDonald's. It would be a better suited career choice. read more

This place had been my go to. For anything outside that of my primary care physician. I carry sinus issues year round. Feeling a sinus infection I tried to get it jump on it within 48 hours. I was not afforded any antibiotics. I would have to have my sinus infection minimum of 10 days. I have never heard such nonsense. Come out of this. Make believe nurse practitioner. Has not gone to med school. I'm so thoroughly disgusted with this place. I cannot afford to miss work due to having a new job. In short, keep it moving. This place is not deserving of your money nor your time. read more

Office experience was awful. Both rude and incompetent. My daughter, a medical professional, went in with abdomenal pain and pain in the lower back. Missed 2 days of work. They never even touched the locations where she was experiencing pain. They never got her vitals. Told her she had rib pain. The Doctor, who was new, sent in 3 prescriptions and then never instructed her on how to take them. When she called after her visit, my daughter was met with a heavy dose of sarcasm, they hung up on her, and they told her "the pharmacy can help you with that". For $100 co-pay, they could have at least been nice. I just hope it's not more than "rib pain". If you're looking for compasionate medical care, go ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

Horrible front desk. She purposely held my insurance card and license. I kept seeing everyone go in front of me so I asked about my cards. They said oh ya she has them and will give them back to you. I was trying to be patient but After 90 minutes I hear her say to someone else they are not behind and there's NO WAIT. So I stood there until she did what she had to with my cards!!! 2 min later I get called back. I knew that was the issue. I confirmed with nurse. Sure enough that was the problem!! On top of that they charged me $144 after I explained I hit my out of pocket already! She didn't care! I'll be sure to write a letter as well. I'm soo upset and have missed work! read more

1. on their website it says that they do physicals. Got there, doctor said that they do not. so I wasted $100. 2. The front desk women were unprofessional. They laughed and made fun of people when they arrived and left. 3. Whoever was the male doctor there, he was loud AF leaving the building. All the women were cackling at his corny jokes. 4. As a fan of tattoos, having someone at the front desk whose skin looks like a passport book and overdone make up makes me nervous to give my personal info to. i already have a medical concern. Would give 0 stars if possible. I went in on a workman's comp visit after a nasty fall from a stage last Thursday evening. My left side is in terrible pain, specifically my hip and lower leg. I sat and waited for 2 hours, and then was in a room for less than 3 minutes with a doctor, who never looked at me, touched me/examined me but determined I was "too young to have hurt myself badly or to have broken my hip," and that I didn't need to miss work - just needed more Advil/heat/ice. I showed him my extremely dark bruise on my hip and he said my pain was likely coming from blood building underneath it and pressing on nerves." He said I needed to sit as much as possible at work. I laughed a bit and said - "I'm a teacher; a dance teacher so sitting a lot isn't in my cards, and it hurts even when I'm sitting." His response was "well it will hurt, but you can get though it - just take more advil." I have never had a doctor treat me this way, in such a dismissive manner. I've never filed anything under workman's comp in 18 years of teaching, and honestly didn't want to this time, having a feeling I might. It get the treatment I deserved. I believe I was treated unfairly because of this being under workman's comp; I believe he had ab opinion of why I was there before he even saw me. I fell 5 fell from a stage directly onto a hard gym floor and am still in a lot of pain almost 4 days later, even using OTC pain relievers, ice, and heat. He told me to come back in 3 days if I was still hurting, but I wouldn't return there if I was paid to. This was the list unprofessional medical "care" I have ever experienced. read more

Don't waste your time checking in online... Registered online and came at the time they told me to be there. Checking in online doesn't save you a spot in the line... very misleading. 45 mins later, I'm still waiting. I would have made the trip to my PCP had I known.... First impressions aren't always what they seem. Came back to edit post. Doc (NP) and staff were great. Although I was disappointed with check-in process, very happy with service and attention. My daughter took her son here because he was vomiting. Wouldn't see her until she filled out a bunch of forms and paid $150, then they gave her directions to the emergency room. So save yourself $150, go see real doctors and skip this place altogether. read more

We love this place! After growing very annoyed with our primary care physician's staff who seem to have a problem with not answering the phone, or putting you on hold immediately after answering then never coming back to your line, we tried FastMed. Filled out the new patient forms and were seen within minutes. Friendly staff with the ability to diagnose and treat any number of illnesses and injuries. Very satisfied with wait time and professionalism of those providing care. We routinely use FastMed for unexpected illness evaluation. Quicker than Minute Clinic and they can treat a wider array of conditions. read more

Took my 9 yr old Grandson there in May first time ever sick so they did a covid and flu test. Larry came in and said he had covid. He's been sick for three days and being my age was wondering why I haven't gotten it. So I began to question it but Larry was pounding the paper with his finger saying.. It's right here. So he ordered meds and we left. When I got home I decided to make copies for me and the school and then that's when I noticed that's NOT what the test showed! It showed he had only the flu. When I called them to tell them ..he just laughed and said Oh yea..I made a mistake! To me this is a huge mistake. First thing I learned in nursing school was.. YOU DON'T make mistakes when it comes to people's lives. I paid them $250.00 upfront not knowing he was on Medicaid. To this day they won't reimburse me bc they filed it wrong and they didn't get pd yet. I don't know much about Medicaid but does everyone who has it have to pay up front first? My advice...DON'T EVER GO HERE! These people are idiots! I'm still fighting for my money and plan on taking this "mistake" to higher places. read more

Omg! Do not waste your time trying to get good medical care here! The check in process is excruciating if there is any light outside because you can't get a good picture of ur forms. If u have two insurances... u can't even use them...and don't bother asking the receptionist how long the wait may be ...because either she has no idea or she can't talk (not sure which it is). Go to duke urgent care in Knightdale... the extra 15 min of travel time will save u time in the long run. read more

Wonderful staff and doctor! I had a horrible infection on my toe and the doctor was so nice and answered all my questions(rare for a fast med). He cleaned up my infection and sent me home with antibiotics. I so appreciate a kind staff and doctor especially with everything going on and not wanting to go to the doctors during this time. We get inside, no one in the lobby, 07:45pm, closes at 8pm. I asked the lady at the desk if she took his insurance. She said, "Yes, what's wrong with him?" (I am thinking, "why is she asking me that?") I explained that I thought he had covid and he was having trouble breathing, I wanted him to be seen. She communicated that they had there last patient in the back getting sutures (No HIPPA being played out there?) and the "provider" would be a while, they were not taking any more since they were closing at 8. I then explained to her the debacle we just had at Wake Med 365, them not taking my son's insurance and rushed over here. She showed some sympathy, said she would ask the provider if he would see him. Next thing, a guy comes out and asks "whats wrong with him?" I go through the whole thing again, without missing a beat, he says we can see him tomorrow. Ok, I am thinking he came out here with the possibility to stay late but once I tell him I thinks it covid, see you tomorrow? What is this, "covid" discrimination? I explained to him and pretty much begged, please see him tonight. It took him a lot to want to come to a doctor. He says, "I have to do some sutures on a patient and that's going to take some time. If I see your son, then we would have to stay late. If he has been having symptoms since Saturday, he can wait till the morning to be seen." No sympathy or bed side manner there or patient privacy? If I could give this place no stars I most definitely would. You should change your clinic name .. there is absolutely NOTHING fast about this place. If you go to an urgent care I expect there to be a wait but we waited over 2 hours before we were even called back and there wasn't very many people in the clinic. The staff isn't friendly and they DO NOT smile. It seems that they hate their jobs! At least smile when and pretend to enjoy your job. We've been there several times and always say we won't come back but like to give local businesses a second chance. This last visit was the last straw. It's sad because it's the only 'urgent care' clinic in Zebulon but it is worth it to go to Knightdale to urgent care! So I went there at 8:00am when they were suppose to open. Finally after standing at door they let me in 8:05. They told me that I would have to wait because the lady takes the insurance was not there yet and she had know ideal how long it would be. I told her I thought this was fast med she just told me to have a seat and she would call me whenever she showed up .Wow I just got up and left. This place is a joke. Went here to get a physical because I have applied to the raleigh PD and I need a physician to sign a form saying that I am ok to take a PT test and that my heart can withstand a polygraph test.... they said they couldn't sign the form because they don't give polygraph test??? I told her raleigh gives the test , I just need a physical that says I can live through the test.... they said no ,,, they couldn't comprehend a simple form? Took a friend of mine here to be seen and they wouldnt see her because she didnt have a valid id.She had insurance and she had her expired license.Even though it has her picture on it they still refused to see her. read more
