Andrew did confirm the appointment the day prior, but he NEVER LET ME KNOW...Then another cleaning lady showed up at 8:30AM telling me Jenny was gone. LACK OF COMMUNICATION LEADS ME TO A 3-STAR REVIEW Jenny was not only an amazing cleaner.. She was sweet and kind and very good energy. I am bummed to have lost her in my life. For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. To make matters worse, they hiked their price up to $275 for incredibly subpar work. Despite paying a premium for a "deep clean" to get the place ready for move-in, major areas were completely neglected or rushed: Walls: They were supposed to be thoroughly cleaned to remove construction dust, but the crew just lightly ran a Swiffer over them and called it a day. The Crib: They didn't even bother to wipe down the crib, which is completely unacceptable when you're hiring professionals to ensure a safe, clean environment for a family. Baseboards: Completely ignored and left covered in dust. Pantry: The exterior wasn't wiped down at all. The entire reason you hire a professional service before moving in is to avoid doing the heavy lifting yourself. Instead, I spent my first days in the house essentially recleaning the entire place. Paying $275 just to do their job for them makes zero sense. Save your money and find a company that actually delivers on what they promise.
