That was August 5th. since then Edwin promises the pillow shortly, soon, in 2 weeks, etc. I even went to his store on that day he said the pillow would be ready but the pillow is not done. now he ignores my calls and texts. Having constructed about 50 fireplaces, he has superb design and construction skills and knew exactly what to do; he thinks 10 steps ahead, which helps to avoid problems later on. Throughout the construction process, he gave me options and the pros/cons of each to consider. Simon handled all of the permitting with the township and was on-site to meet every inspector and sub-contractor. In short, he, Victor and his team turned an ugly wall into what is now the focal point of my house. They were a pleasure to work with: completely reliable, on-time, honest, professional and super-clean. I finally decided to give his business a try by doing basic lawn maintenance once. The guys showed up, cut only a part of the lawn and then were about to leave before finishing the job properly. The guy cutting the lawn said he was concerned about the new grass even though the grass had been growing for almost 6 weeks by then. Then he recommended I fertilize the lawn to deal with weeds which didnt make sense. Weed killer or over seeding would have been a better solution. After I canceled the service he sends me a bill for higher than his original estimate for weekly service.
