I recently purchased a print to support the Jewish Family Services of the East Bay (San Francisco)…read morecharity. It's called "Facing Immigrants / Facing Ourselves" by Rabbi Perez Wolf-Prusan and is very appropriate for the times. I wanted a simple black frame that showed off the piece simply. My very professional FastFrame "co-creator" and I got to work and quickly found one that we both really liked. The price was right and the nicely framed print was done and ready for pick-up the next day. I am very happy with the result and the service received.

Took a chance on this unassuming storefront and haven't had another framer in our sights since! Mikki is a highly knowledgeable and patient framer who did amazing work for us with a pleasantly fast turnaround. She's good at listening to understand what customers want, and delivering exactly what was spoken about. Kim, another FastFrame rep, was also super helpful. She got a massive frame into our car with millimeters to spare. The frame selection is solid. Something for everyone. Even the in-stock selection is tasteful and offers a variety of applications. One of the things I like about this store is the rotating selection of framed art, entirely local. You can tell through what they display that these people have taste - something that's expected, but NoT aLwaYs avAiLablE, at framers! Love these guys and will keep going to them for everything.

Time for update. Busy intersection and parking lot. Lighting at night is not the best…read more Very busy store. Always a line for checkout. They do not use the bar code scanners each price put in individually and then sale price deducted. Make sure you watch the clerk. You will never have clear isles. They are always moving stock and changing the shelves. Good and bad experiences with it. Seasonal items are not just in one section so you have to walk the entire store ...(marketing trick). Small fabric area, lots of yarn, lots of household decorations. Framing shop along with art supplies.

After sitting in line for 10 minutes, the next lane over opens up. Instead of taking the next person in line, which was me, they took everybody behind me, so I had to sit there and still wait for the smooth-brained mouthbreather in front of me to figure out that the flowers that she was holding in her hand weren't actually on sale. It took her another two minutes to decide whether to buy them or not, by which time everybody that had been behind me in line had purchased and left. In the land of manners, you take the next person in line, he's been waiting the longest. But not here, because "Thag no count." Well done, Hobby lobby. As always.
