Never buy from this company I bought a 12tf U shaped pillow from them through Wowcher on the 26th…read moreDecember and paid £5 for 4-5 days delivery. I understand that because it was just after Christmas they might be held back etc however I've been waiting more than enough for my pillow. I rang them and all they said was that my parcel will be with me within a day so I believe the gentleman on the phone, little did I know, was a huge liar. I then waited 3 more days and still nothing so I rang My Hermes and asked them where Is my parcel? They then told me that it's not even been given to them yet so I asked if they could give me the tracking number because hometex didn't provide me with one. I then rang hometex and after several attempts they answered the phone the same gentleman answered and then lied again and said that he has given the parcel and My Hermes has lost it and started make a long story off the top of his head to make it look like he's not in the wrong. I then waited again for another few days and messaged My Hermes and asked them they then told me again that hometex haven't give the item to deliver so I rang hometex back up and retold the situation and the same gentleman answered and pretended to read an email from My Hermes saying they found my item he then told me he would send the item for next day delivery which hasn't happened and I still haven't received my item. LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS,THEY ARE VERY LAZY,DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND YOU WILL BE LIED TO CONSISTENTLY. The only thing they are consistent in is coming up with excuses as to why parcels have not been delivered. I hope this review is of great help to you fellow buyers. Good day.
