Customer service is definitely something that Crosby blinds lacks in. Rang up on Monday to enquire when my blinds would be expected and was told they would be dispatched on Tuesday on an over night delivery so I would receive Wednesday. Was told I would be emailed with a tracking number which never arrived. Waited patiently Wednesday and called Crosby blinds early afternoon and told that the tracking number wasn't working but the blinds would be with me later that day. Was told any problems then best to email not call? So I emailed late that afternoon as still no sign of my blinds and got a tracking number. Checked the tracking number and City Link advised delivery would be Thursday. Waited about all day Thursday and eventually phoned City Link around 3pm and was told blinds would not be delivered that day as they had just arrived in the UK from Ireland and therefore would be delivered Friday. I requested to change the delivery address as no one around on the Friday and was told had to speak with Crosby Blinds to do this. This is where the fun started as I spoke to an absolutely obnoxious man who was very unhelpful or sympathetic to the problem. When I requested to change the address he sighed and said not as easy as it sounds and could I email him the change. Wouldn't you of thought he could of got his pen and paper out and took my details and sorted it, but oh no that was obviously too much trouble for him. I'll be lucky if I get my blinds by next Tuesday now and this is a week after dispatch. When I said how disgruntled I was he merely said thanks for you call and goodbye! If you want customer service then I suggest not to use Crosby Blinds as I will never use them again! read more

We decided to ditch the curtains after decorating and researched the internet for ideas. We found Duette Blinds from Crosby Blinds. The product seemed just what was needed with many insulating and cooling features, which are always welcome when trying to save on our energy bills. The Crosby Blinds site seemed to have a much better selection than most and was very intuitive, On following their instructions I measured up, then ordered the blinds, they arrived a week or so later. They were relatively easy to install and they fit perfectly. They've been up a month now, no hiccups, they look great and we're really pleased, friends always comment. I would recommended Duette blinds, and would recommend Crosby Blinds for the great service and keen prices I received. read more

Ordered next day delivery blinds and they did not come in time. I Needed the blind on the expected delivery day as I was doing the room up as a surprise for my mother whilst she was away. Customer service was not great, they were not very apologetic and just said that it was due to their delivery team, whom they could not get hold of. When the blind did come I was pleased with the colour and wanted to order several more for the rest of the house. I emailed Crosby Blinds to ask for some discount on my next order due to the previous inconvenience and there reply was no. I have had no apology that the blind did not arrive on time. After reading some of the reviews on Crosby Blinds, I felt I had to review also. Crosby Blinds offered me the best customer service I have ever experienced from a online retailer, far and above what I expected, They where knowledgeable, polite, and had some great suggestions which I never even considered, they kept me updated right though out my order, which went without problem and arrived when promised. I have also recommend them to friends how have also had the same experience. I never right reviews, just reed them, but though I was only fair, as most of us only post bad experiences my was very very good. read more

i am not a competitor, crosby blinds has got to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. they will not deal with a query and exspecially when they incorrectly order the wrong size. 3 blinds paid in full on order and then want you to pay again there answer to this is ; we are only a small business yes i agree customer service they dont understand the meaning it leaves a lot to be desired. and yet they pride themselves on best way before and after sales, ( our customers are our future). i am a local lady and will never purchase any goods from this company. they are appauling to deal with. read more

Crosby Blinds, who trade on-line as blindshouse.co.uk , have proved to be excellent (I've made two orders with them for Faber blinds). Prices were very competitive, the website easy to use, and they responded to my queries quickly. Plus a couple of years later one of the brackets broke - my fault rather than a manufacturing problem - and they sent one free of charge without any question, when I'd have gladly paid for this. This is a genuine review! But I didn't see any other on-line feedback, so they deserve a mention. read more

The customer service here is absolutely poor mainly from Andrew. He is rude and condescending not to mention unhelpful when things go wrong or when you need advise. I work in customer service and therefore know what I am talking about! I would advise he finds a new job as his delivery over the phone and emails need work. Jennie on the other hand is much better I was close to cancelling my order with Crosby and their other company Fabric Box. read more

We used crosby blinds for many window blinds for our new bulid house, great customer service and advise, they kindly sent many samples in advance of us ordering. And when 1 blind arrived damaged it was replaced with out question. I would recommend CrosbyBlinds to anybody. read more

I have used CrosbyBlinds many many times, each time my blinds have arrived on time, perfect and as expected each order I save about 40% what my local blind shop would have charged. Fitting instructions and videos are on there website so no problems there either read more
