They did not even respond when I pointed out what I believe are obvious errors. Especially if you have a high end home or extra value compared to others in your area, stay away from this group. Betancourt runs estate sales and does a disservice to anyone attending one. They put out sign up…read moresheets which people signed and waited to be let in. This past Friday they ignored the sheet and just opened the garage doors to let everyone in at once. This is frustrating. What is beyond frustrating is when you do get in and see that the objects that were posted in photos are already sold. People asked how these objects were already sold and they were no good responses. People asked about the sign up sheet and were told there wasn't one. When someone pointed it out they just shrugged. One couple who was there ended up with the prime pieces. Their Sold signs seemed to be in place before anyone got into the house. Bad form.

Yes it's work hard work to get the property out, sorted, cleaned and priced in a display showing the property in the best possible light. If you don't like the price come back on 50% off day. Every effort is made to liquidate the property. The trash is removed and the home left cleared of everything. The work is not completed until all is removed. The public needs to keep in mind there is a contract between the client and the LIQUIDATION company to do their very best respectfully. I have seen a trend emerging in this professional industry with newcomers! Dirty, no set up but thrown out on the floor, sometimes on tables and no prices. Sad! They are not hard working professional estate sales liquidation companies. The liquidation company has two, three, and sometimes four days. That's it.
