The other transportation company contacted us by e-mail at 4:30 PM the day before to say that they gave our van (which we believed had been confirmed) away. By a great stroke of luck, I called Alexander Limousine. They came through for us beautifully. They quickly made arrangements to provide the exact size van we needed and at a comparable price. They got us to Boston in time and were right there to pick us up at the designated time. The price included gratuity and even though we tried to give Eric and extra tip, he would not allow us to pay more. This is a company with a conscience. They will be my go-to transportation company for school or personal use in the future.

After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Don is the biggest reason we'd use JB Livery again - he was a wonderful conversationalist, kind, professional, and, of course, an excellent driver. So many times vendors act like you are hassling them when you ask them detailed questions about their sevices, but not Robin's Limo. First they answered my email questions right away. Second, they meet with me the day after a major holiday (when most places were closed). And lastly I told them I was nervous that their 24 passenger Top Kick wasn't going to fit into the narrow city streets to pick me and my bridesmaids up before our wedding, so Kim took time from her off hours to drive to the location to make sure the limo could fit. And she did all this before I even signed a contract with them. Oustanding service! Their vehicles are newer in age and are in great condition, they have such a large fleet to choose from and the professionalism from their office and from their drivers is really comforting. I know I will not have to worry about my transportation services on our wedding day. Oh, and they were also the best price of any limo company I was quoted. The driver was telling my family & I how she had been sleeping in the Limo because she had been working so much and she still had the same clothes on, gross..and she had overslept. I'm Sorry but there's no excuse for that. We are all tired and are hardworking people but that was unacceptable. If we didn't make our flight who would've paid for us to get on another plane? They can't even return a phone call until 1 week later nevermind pay for our flights if we hadn't made it. The Office Manager called back 1 week later and said the services aren't being discounted because they are the lowest around and the services were still provided. Yes they were provided but with stress & worry not knowing if we would make it on our flight. Then she proceeds to say well if that was me I wouldn't have waited I would've driven..OK Makes Sense to stick up for your careless limo driver and not the paying customer. I hired them to bring us not for myself to drive us into Boston and have to leave our car at the Airport. I thought the whole ordeal was horrible and they don't have any Customer Service Skills whatsoever.
