By Christina Rigel: "On Saturday October 20th Robert Ratliff, Sarah Ann Ratliff, Michael Leitzke and I drove an hour and a half to go to Fast Track GoKarts in Fort Wayne. We were hoping to enjoy a fun evening of indoor go karting at a place we'd never been. When we arrived we took some time to look over the price menu, decide what package we wanted and bought Groupons. While Robert was in the bathroom and Michael was sitting at a table near by, Sarah and I approached the counter to sign up and fill out whatever waivers were necessary. I showed my phone to the lady behind the counter, Stephanie, and explained we had bought Groupons and wanted to sign up and pay with them. She immediately FREAKED out. No, I'm not exaggerating... the video is proof in itself. She claimed we owed her money and we had already rode the go karts. She also said WE need to pay for a guy who was on the track at the time who hadn't paid. We repeatedly tried explaining that we were not with the other people, it was just us 4 and that we had not rode any go karts yet. She would not listen. I tried to speak to other workers. They refused to listen. She threw everything that was on the counter at us, called us horrible names repeatedly and even tried to rip Michael's wallet out of his hand! All of this was captured on their surveillance cameras by the way Time passed and the cops never showed up. I ended up calling. We spoke with the officer, told him what was going on and he then spoke with Stephanie and watched the video footage. Meantime the owner also showed up. Turns out Stephanie never called the cops and according to the officer she couldn't keep her story straight (as you can hear in the videos). Although the owner was hesitant, he did apologize. He was very confused by everything going on. I don't blame him. We are all still confused! He offered us a chance to stay and have a good time. We decided not to stay and left peacefully. I am not posting this to bash this business. I am posting this because Stephanie was harassing my friends and I and, honestly, she should feel ashamed!!" I love this place so much I go here a lot with my friend. I am going to tell my aunts and uncles and cousins about this place. That way maybe on a Saturday or Sunday we all can go here. The guys are always helpful for me with being so short they adjusting my kart all the time. If I can give it ten stars I would because it is such a great place to have fun! read more

I don't have much experience with GoCarts but I enjoyed smashing my little hot wheel around the track with my friends! Although its a small little track and the wait time is quite long, it was still a lot of fun! The speed was more then enough for me and my friends and although we kept smashing into each other they never gave us a warning... not sure if that's something to be happy about but still, made a one hell of a great way to end the weekend! read more

This was a lot of fun! The facility is next to Darlington Farms. Don't let the lack of lights fool you - they are open for hours. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. She was helpful in understanding the options and coupons. There are two types of carts. We picked the slower racers which were good enough for beginners. The top speed carts looked like a lot of fun as well. The guys that loaded you in the carts did an excellent job too. The carts moved at a good speed and were in good shape. The track felt small as it was difficult to pass people - though two carts can run side-by-side. The 4.5 minutes of race time passes fast because you are having fun and moving at a good speed. Very LONG wait lines to get to the cashier AND to actually drive a go kart. Had to wait in line for about 20 minutes just to buy a pop.... only one cashier.... could REALLY use much more staff for the prices you charge. Found this place looking for things to do in Fort Wayne with my girlfriend. We are from Florida where we have these everywhere and this place tops most I've been to. Price is reasonable for the amount of fun you have. The Carts are reliable and don't cut off randomly on you and the speed is steady. Clean track with no debris on it whatsoever. Will definitely come back here next year with more people. I had a smile on my face the whole time. The guy working had a great attitude the whole time and was knowledgeable. He will help you with any questions you have. Anyone who has a negative review on this place probably had a bad day already and wanted to take it out on someone. Thanks for the great time! read more

Poor management. Slow and dysfunctional employees. Waited over an hour while they took their time charging the cars. Was not impressed

New location isn't bad and the track appears to bigger but...my group of 4 riders waited 1.5 hours for one ride. They have 2 sets of cars, the fast and the super fast for $10 extra per ride. We only bought the fast along with the other 40 people in line. Instead of trying to move the line along and keep customers happy, we all waited too long for a 3 minute track race. Learn to move the line along! I understand that not everyone will pay for the super fast and you will have a line to wait your turn, but when the majority of your customers have purchased one over the other, learn to shuffle the traffic better instead of running only 2 cars or 4 at a time. It is a fun track, but management needs to step up their operations knowledge and tact or they will lose customers. read more

Waited outside for 11 minutes after they should of been open . It was 29 degrees extremely cold and rude of the staff. Waited an hour an half to ride the go carts they need better staffing and more go carts. More charges would help ! read more
