Hear me out I know there's a lot of negative reviews of this location, but there are not many places where you can go in and have free entertainment options, such as bounce, houses, mini golf, and low prices on food and drinks for birthday parties. You have to walk in with the expectation that it won't be the best arcade place like a Dave & Buster's. We went on a weekday before school started and was happy that there was not droves of kids. The employee at the front desk was super nice and she even reimbursed us the credits that we lost when one of the machine machines would not play. This was the connect for machine that was broken and took our credits. in the month of August arcade was half price though $20 was worth $40 in credit. This allowed for plenty of games to earn tickets for some of the prizes. My son thoroughly enjoyed some of the tickets skill games. There was also some arcades not many, but those were fun as well. We did not do the bounce house or the miniature golf. If you do go, remember, you need to sign a waiver for the bounce house and also have grippy socks, which you can bring or buy at their location. If you walked in with the open mindset that this is not a super expensive experience, I think you walk out content. We definitely will be back in the future. read more

Ehh... it is what it is. It's free indoor entertainment for kids in Fort Wayne. In the winter or in bad weather, it's genius. I don't love the lack of visibility of the children in the bounce houses from the tables and chairs, unless you want to helicopter after your children, which I did end up doing. They have mini-golf in a black-light room situation, an arcade area, several party tables, and a kitchen with items like pizza available, some brightly painted bathrooms. You sign a waiver walking in so injuries are lowkey expected. Kids are required to wear grip socks on inflatables. I would say, this is an exciting place for kids 3-7. Along the lines of Chuck e Cheese without the parent/child security check out system in place. It smells like feet due to sweaty kids running around in socks. I like that it serves a wide range of families due to its affordability. We definitely need indoor kid spaces. Do I like it? No. Will I be back? Of course. read more

First time there and not impressed. We were there for a birthday party for a 3 year old little girl. I had brought in a brand new soda with me and when I walked away from the party area to go to the restroom and came back an employee I'd assume had walked by and thrown it away. I was going to walk back to my vehicle and put it in there ( I saw the sign when we walked in that stated no outside drinks) but my hands were full and then I had went to the facilities. The professional thing to do would've been to ask for it to be taken outside or disposed of and not to touch my property. The mother of the birthday girl had brought in pink plates, napkins, cups, etc to match the party theme and I was told quite rudely that we were not to use our own cups. Not sure what the reasoning is behind this. I had read reviews beforehand and several people had mentioned ordering food and it never arriving. Luckily that did not happen and the food did come out pretty quick and the children enjoyed the pizza. I had a salad which was pretty good and reasonably priced at $5.50. The place definitely needs updated and appears to need a deep cleaning. The room with the white lights where you can play put put golf needs upgraded the most from what I could see. I stayed in the area of our table for most of the party so I did cannot accurately judge most of the activities offered- just the bounce houses ( which seemed fine) and the golf area ( dark and in need of an update). My Fiance and another woman and their children was visiting the Jungle George's in Fort Wayne, IN. They were sitting at a empty table and the manager very rudely approached them and demanded that they remove themselves from the table and I'm quite sure that if I was in attendance he definitely would not have approached them in this disrespectful manner, they left the situation, shortly after that another little girl sat at the exact same table and they witnessed the same employee (MAN) speak to that child in the same rude tone. On our 7th day of having school closed, several of our school families decided to get out of the house and head to Jungle George's. We got there around 11:30 (it opens at 11:00 on Fridays (the day of the week we were there). Pros: -A very reasonable $5 admission per child. Adults are free. (5 stars for the price tag!) -Clean (that includes the bathrooms) -Lots of fun for the kids to have (also 5 stars for that). I think they have 7 bounce houses/slides, the arcade/midway type games, some sit and ride cars/planes type things that move if a token is inserted, and as the other reviewer noted a large climbing structure with a tunnel to make getting down quick and fun. -Large dining area, perfect for big parties. -Didn't seem too crowded for my tastes. Cons: *This is why I couldn't give them the full five stars.* -Safety. We all have different comfort levels when it comes to watching our children. Some parents don't bother to watch at all, as they're too busy on their iPhones. I am not one of those parents and prefer to know where my 5 year old is at all times (given, you know, the fact that's she FIVE, not fifteen.) Unlike the infamous Chuckee Cheese, there is no bracelet/ID system. If it's busy I could see a little one slipping outside as new people come in. The staff are located within sight of the main doors, but not right next to the doors. The other safety/security concern I have is that it's easy to lose sight of your child, no matter how attentive you are based on the setup of the play areas. The bounce houses are not accessible (by an adult) from all angles. The kids can easily be out of sight in some of the bigger, fancier bounce houses. It's likely only an issue if you've got those bigger kids running around with no adults paying any attention and they start bullying there way around not caring who gets bowled over. Still in a roomful of strangers, I prefer to be able to keep a visible eye on my child. Also, in the climbing area, many of the covered tubes they can crawl through are opaque. Some have see-through windows, but they are located high on the sides and useless for seeing your child, unless you are 8 feet tall and can look in the side window at that height. The windows need to be placed on the bottom of the tubes, so you can at least see whether or not a child is in that area. If everyone is choosing to be kind and respectful, then most of these concerns are probably not that worrisome. Still. . . ------------------------------- We didn't eat there and I didn't purchase any tickets, so I can't really comment on those two areas. We did find a token, though, and we used it on Skee Ball. Be wary of first time Skee Ballers. They are dangerous (but funny as heck to watch! I saw no reason, however, to introduce my child to the low-end, cheap "prizes," so we had fun just playing the game. Overall, I was happy to have a place like Jungle George's because a 3 hour visit to run around and have fun was just what we needed on that chilly, cold day. read more

On the upside, there were about eight to choose from and there were small ones that would be appropriate for toddlers and more complex structures for middle age kids. The best thing about this place is it can be fairly low cost. They often run deals on Groupon. The bounce houses alone are worth the $5 entry charge. Their token games are definitely a down grade from the ones at the big Mouse place. They are a lot older versions, quiet a few need repairs and many are two tokens vs only one at most of the big Mouse place. But again the big draw for us is the bounce houses. The kids have plenty of fun. The absolute biggest negative was that the women's bathroom wreaked of urine smell so bad that it was almost unbearable to be in there. It didn't look terribly dirty but the smell was horrible and multiple people who came in mentioned it. Also the paper towel dispensers did not work and there was just a roll of paper sitting on the counter. I would say the bathroom is in need of a good bleaching. read more

However, the floor was all sticky in front of the soda machine. If you have kids, they will love this place. It's an adults worst nightmare though. Lots of screaming, yelling, running. It's funny to see the kids excited though. Another knock is the arcades are crammed in close together. They also don't have the best prizes and the machines are pretty worn. I bought a Groupon for this place. It just seemed not that clean. I get it's a place for kids so it may get messy. We were here on a Friday night and it wasn't that crowded. When ordering I asked the girl about some menu items. When I asked about the breadsticks she "didn't know because I've never been in the kitchen". Really? She's never stepped foot inside or saw an order come out of the kitchen? Fountain pop is $2 and bottled water was $1 (Aquafina brand). We got a $10 food voucher. (Handwritten on the back of register receipt) that when I ordered she didn't give me right away. I had to remind her that I gave it to her 6 minutes earlier (remember I asked about the menu/breadsticks). She did take it off. She just didn't seem to like the fact that she was at work and talking to a customer. I don't need a lot but just a bit of sense of life would've been appreciated. I didn't ask too many questions after she didn't know about the breadsticks. The food did come to the table hot in about 30 minutes. I asked about napkins when she gave me the styrofoam plates and she said they were by the drink station. I had to ask where that was. It's in a far back corner. The floors in that area were really sticky. I didn't see anyone cleaning tables or any areas while we were there. They had 4 larger bounce houses and 3 smaller ones. There was a crawling maze mounted on the ceiling on the back. When I asked my kids if Chuck E Cheese was better they said 'yes". They also said the games took 4 tokens to play so about $1 a play. I don't think we'll hurry back to Jungle George's. The parking lot was dark and very crowded. They also don't have a ticket counter for the tickets you win. Any customer service would take place at the counter as no one came around to ask if anything was needed. One good thing was that Santa was there when we were and was strolling around. read more

I would rate this a negative 20 if that was a option . My reason for this is because we scheduled this month's ago when It came to the day the place was way to packed for covid 19 restrictions there was no one sanitizing in between kids playing no servers to ask if u need anything that's if you get your food at all. Will not be returning!!! We had a birthday party there on Saturday March 3, 2018. The bounce houses needed repairs and they looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Most of the arcade games were out of service. My daughter fell ill with Norovirus the very next day and she most definitely caught it from the bounce houses. Also there were way too many people/kids there with no parental supervision. Older kids were playing in the smaller bounce houses for toddlers and almost fell on my 1 year old. The temperature was scorching hot. So hot that it was hard to breathe. It's not worth it, even for the free party. read more

All the arcade games are from the 90's and mostly all broken and steal your money. I was able to get the money lost back, but it another machine would just eat it back up. So it just became a waste to keep going up to the counter and get money back. They do need a better way to protect children it would be very easy for someone to grab your child and leave as there is no security at the doors. Even a simple chuckie cheese stamp method would be better than nothing. I ordered ice cream for 4 children paid with CC. I forgot to get a soda for myself and went back to counter to buy and was told I couldn't use my CC without a 5 dollar purchase? Seriously? Only $5 to get in, which is about the only positive I can say about this place. It's really a dump. We were there for a birthday party and it was nearly empty except for 3 or 4 other families. It was hard to get any customer service because they had one guy running the front and one guy in the kitchen. If you needed anything from the front, the guy was barely there, and the guy in the kitchen stopped long enough to drop off the food and never came back to ask if we needed anything, and we had a decent size party of 12. The kids enjoyed the games, which was fine, and I didn't notice as many safety issues as some of the other reviews here, but the food was flat-out awful. We ordered pizza and I've had pizza from the gas station that was better. It was wafer-thin and overcooked, and by the time I got to the edge, it was so tough that I hurt my teeth. My wife also had a chicken sandwich that was flavorless except for the mayo that we put on there, and so were the french fries. I needed to check in at work while my wife watched the kids, but the wifi wasn't working. I notified the guy at the front and he said he would restart the router, but it still wasn't available on eiher my laptop or my phone. I went back and asked him again if he had a chance to check the wifi and he said he didn't. I eventually gave up asking. They advertise free wifi, but be prepared to be disappointed. You have to pay for water, which I expect now at most of these carny bounce places. I don't know how they get around the health inspectors with it, but like I said, I'm used to it now. If you're going to charge thirsty kids who've been playing, at least use that money to clean, repaint or update something once in a while. The place really looks like a cave, and it's unappealing. The mens room looks like it was last painted in the 1980's, and none of the towel dispensers worked. It was also extremely hot in there, and it smelled really bad. One last issue, and this is less with the arcade and more with the landlord and the general neighborhood. When we went, the strip mall plowed the snow in the parking lot very poorly, and by the time we got there, it was pretty much a sheet of ice. The location itself has bad access, and you have to go access it from Coliseum. You can't turn in from Parnell off Coldwater unless you want to go against traffic. Even for the savings, I think there are too many issues with the place in this and other reviews to go out of your way to go there. If we hadn't gone there for a birthday party, I would definitely not have gone there. read more

I think parents like it because you can ignore your kids and sit at a table or go watch one of their tvs. It might be ok with younger kids with the bounce houses. Less to do with my 10 year old. There were no fun games to play. All of them give a random amount of tickets which you wait in line for the counter person to add and then tell you what piece of plastic crap you can buy. 3 skee ball games and only 1 worked. 1 air hockey machine. Decent price for all you can bounce but when I asked if i could go into a house with my toddler to show him how to bounce (he's a non-verbal special needs child who hasnt really ever been in a bounce house), they said I couldn't. I can understand if they were swamped with customers, but it was in the middle of the day on a thursday. There were 2 people here. Also these bounce houses look like they've seen better days. So with out getting any response we went anyhow to celebrate our grandsons birthday, only to find out you get 2 Tables (chairs included) and that's it!!! A damn joke. Perhaps for a birthday party it would work. Bouncy houses are nice. My experience involved buying tokens and then the first two games taking them. The next three my kid wanted to play were broken. I was in line three separate times letting them know that it didn't work. The workers look beat down and have no apathy or customer service of any sort. I went up the second time to say another game didn't work, he said you have to pump the gun as he walked away. I told him I knew how to shoot a gun, but it was broken. He shook his head. Later I saw him working on it. I finally got my money back. No sorry, nothing. Just a wasted time with miserable people. I attended my nephew's birthday party here today. First thing I noticed was how all of the chairs at our table were dirty, all of them, icing on the sides, legs, backs, and cushions. The cushions had multiple stains on it as well as icing smooshed into it, all of them. I looked around and other table's chairs were also coated with icing splotches. This immediately told me that this business does not clean properly, if at all, definitely doesn't even wipe down their chairs with sanitizer. So I laid my son's coat on the seat and sat down, I couldn't bear to sit on that cushion. When I looked around at all the bouncy houses I could see that the yellow parts of them were discolored and kind of gray, which is simply dirt, dust, saliva, sweat, probably blood and tears, and bacteria all causing this gray film to coat the houses but I could only see the yellow part clearly enough to determine this. This was more proof that no cleaning was being done. This alone made me never want to return to this establishment. After more than a decade of working in the food service industry I understand the importance of cleanliness when it comes to illnesses. I know that any establishment that feeds the public has to maintain certain standards when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation. This place clearly does not! However, I did find a single bottle of hand sanitizer on a wall post. Thinking about it now, I wish I hadn't ate there but I had heard people talk about their pizza and how good it was so I wanted to try it. It wasn't all that good. One pizza's crust was nice and crispy but it was over powered with an herb sprinkle. The other pizza's crust was soggy and limp. It was cut completely uneven and had hardly any pepperoni on it. When they brought out the cake it was brought with no utensils or plates, same with the pizza, i guess you have to grab those when you order. Not one time did anyone stop by our table to see how we were or how the quality of the business they were representing was. Not one time. At one point a thin wooden bench along the wall, used for excess seating, fell over. Not sure if anyone was hurt because all I wanted to do was get my kids out of there, but no one who worked there checked either. Also every adult was afraid to use the restroom in such a place. We all left rushing to get home to shower and pee! I will never return, I was disgusted beyond my comfort level. read more

The ONLY reason I even gave it 1 star is because it wouldn't let me post without a rating! I don't even know where to begin. I booked a party, they sent me an email stating that my time was reserved and when I got there, they didn't have a table or even have us down for having a party (Sat. 4/21/18)! They asked me about 5 times if it could be under someone elses name. Um, I think I know what name I put it under! Finally, the RUDE girl that I was speaking to went and talked to about 4 other employees and they all gathered around whispering. I was getting angrier and angrier by the second and so were the many people standing in line behind me. Finally, they just threw us at an open table (nowhere near the other parties) and left. I had to remind them that I was there for our birthday party and that I needed my cake.....we didn't even get a tablecloth for our table that all the rest of the birthday parties had! They say they have free parties but in all reality, you're paying for it either way you look at it.....I didn't leave there without spending less than $150.00. The prices for the tokens are outrageous for the place and the cake doesn't feed even the 10 "free" kids. The place was a total mess, the garbage cans were overflowing with trash, there was stuff grounded into the carpets and the staff was very rude and unprofessional! I have gone back and forth with the idea of calling the health department it was THAT nasty. However, I will just cut my losses and go somewhere in fort wayne where I MAY have to pay more but I will be able to deal with nice and educated staff! As a fan of bouncy houses, I loved the idea that a place opened filled with them. But after going multiple times and having my daughter's birthday there as well, I have second thoughts about how nice of a place this is. ALL the workers are rude and sarcastic. They don't keep anything clean or try to make sure kids are playing good. I went once during winter (to get my 2 year old out the house) and literally the next day, she had a cold. She went the whole winter without getting sick and the one time we go there, this happens. They must not spray down the houses with lysol. Also the bathrooms are terrible. They didnt have toilet paper, paper towels or tissue set up for literally an hour!! I know this because my daughter was holding in her pee waiting for them to gey some . For her birthday party, they allowed me 10 minutes early to set up making me get behind schedule and at the end of the 2 hours, they came to our table and said "you have 3 minutes to clean up everything and leave" . They didn't ask politely or anything, and after 9 they literally hovered over us until we left making sarcastic jokes. Never will I recommend going here to anyone. read more
