They're one of the few places in Fort Wayne that have laser tag, Nerf war, virtual reality games. It definitely is not cheap, but they have a lot more to offer than Chuck E. Cheese and is geared toward older kids. I'm happy to say that the management made it right last time because kids in our party we're being harassed by older kids on their own team as they were shooting them in the head with the Nerf gun. I find that this is unacceptable and if I would've known, I definitely would've spoken with the parents. My son raised his voice and told the game master who didn't do anything about it. I spoke with the manager later and he told me that he would speak with his staff and also gave us some game points to make up for the trouble. I hope they continue to enforce the rules because part of the reason people come to these places is they have fun not to get into conflict with people and their delinquent behavior.

Everything ran smoothly, and the laser tag games were fun and well organized. However, I do want to point out that the advertised party price doesn't reflect the full cost once everything is added up. The party package was $160, but that only included two 15-minute games -- which didn't feel like quite enough for the group. I added another game, plus pizza and drinks, and the total came to about $310 (not including the $50 deposit or the cake I brought for 9 kids). Overall, it was a fun experience and the kids loved it, but I'd just warn other parents to expect the total to be higher than the base price.

Everyone patiently waited their turn for the next hole and we flowed nicely. It looked like there were 2 sides where you could go on, so there were 2 18-hole courses so there would be space for a lot of people. The arcade is like a lower budget Chuck-E-Cheese. Small but seemed like the kids playing the games were having fun. Overall good experience. I took off 1 star because they only served hot dogs with chips and the hot dogs take 15 minutes to cook. By Christina Rigel:…read more "On Saturday October 20th Robert Ratliff, Sarah Ann Ratliff, Michael Leitzke and I drove an hour and a half to go to Fast Track GoKarts in Fort Wayne. We were hoping to enjoy a fun evening of indoor go karting at a place we'd never been. When we arrived we took some time to look over the price menu, decide what package we wanted and bought Groupons. While Robert was in the bathroom and Michael was sitting at a table near by, Sarah and I approached the counter to sign up and fill out whatever waivers were necessary. I showed my phone to the lady behind the counter, Stephanie, and explained we had bought Groupons and wanted to sign up and pay with them. She immediately FREAKED out. No, I'm not exaggerating... the video is proof in itself. She claimed we owed her money and we had already rode the go karts. She also said WE need to pay for a guy who was on the track at the time who hadn't paid. We repeatedly tried explaining that we were not with the other people, it was just us 4 and that we had not rode any go karts yet. She would not listen. I tried to speak to other workers. They refused to listen. She threw everything that was on the counter at us, called us horrible names repeatedly and even tried to rip Michael's wallet out of his hand! All of this was captured on their surveillance cameras by the way Time passed and the cops never showed up. I ended up calling. We spoke with the officer, told him what was going on and he then spoke with Stephanie and watched the video footage. Meantime the owner also showed up. Turns out Stephanie never called the cops and according to the officer she couldn't keep her story straight (as you can hear in the videos). Although the owner was hesitant, he did apologize. He was very confused by everything going on. I don't blame him. We are all still confused! He offered us a chance to stay and have a good time. We decided not to stay and left peacefully. I am not posting this to bash this business. I am posting this because Stephanie was harassing my friends and I and, honestly, she should feel ashamed!!" The video is on Facebook under Christina Rigel. It sounds like Stephanie is on drugs. She's out of control. And a MANAGER.
