On our way from Louisiana back home to Michigan this was a pit stop for gas and a coffee. It's…read moreMarathon gas and the store Fast Stop. The gas was average price and the location was immediately off the highway, made for easy on easy off. I opted for a cappuccino out of the machine but once I took a sip off the top to put my lid on I discovered it was disgusting tasting. I dumped it out and went with their version of a frozen flavored drink. The Fruit Blast was of cherry/blue raspberry and well received by myself and my kiddos. The store was well stocked with lots of convenient foods and drinks. I even seen fresh fruit that actually looked fresh. They also had some hot cooked items like pulled pork sandwiches and chicken. The employees were friendly and the store was clean. It was a quick stop. Exactly what I like when traveling cross country.

He will throw his customers under the bus if it comes between protecting his dollar or continual business of a faithful customer. This store was closed for awhile, but when it was bought by new owners, I decided to give it a try. The manager or owner was pleasant, but so fake. I stopped in there everyday on my way to work in Brentwood. I'd stop for gas, even tho it's cheaper closer to my house. On June 18, I was on my way to work as usual. I stopped in at about 1:100pm. I paid $10for gas and got a few snacks. The owner and I talked about several things including the packaging of the new Goody powders and we discussed a cousin that use to work for him. My mind was full, so when I went to my car, I drove off without pumping my gas, even tho I had paid. By the time I got to the interstate, my gas light came on. I immediately remembered I didn't pump the gas. I didn't call because I thought we had a good enough relationship, he would remember. I went in today and first question I asked was did he remember me because I came in everyday. He just looked at me with the stupid look. I then told him about our conversation. He said it seems he kinda remembered. I told him about not getting my gas the day before. He said well it never showed up over in my books. I said I wouldn't lie to you. You owe me $10 gas. He refused to let me. I said so your $10 you ripped from me is more important than my repeat business. He rudely repeated that I couldn't get the gas. I told him I'd never return and neither would my family. I repeat, avoid this "rip off" market. I'll be putting an article on my Facebook page that Ihave over 4,000 friends. I'm a retired teacher and have many local friends that will too drop them like they did me.Remember, it's the first market past Farm Bureau on Bear Creek Pike in Columbia, Tennessee. His niceness is fake.He wouldn't hide u down if u caught fire in his lot if he was holding the hose. Fast Stop Marathon. Don't forget it!!!

Went here for the lore of it all. This place is huge. Is it a gas station or a grocery store or a…read moremall? The answer is yes. Their marketing is too notch, I don't think it's possible to walk out of there without some sort of souvenir. It's well lit. They have Buc-ee's children's books, Buc-ee's swimsuits, Buc-ee's everything. I walked out with an assortment box of fudge, cotton candy-watermelon,strawberry banana, and regular. Watermelon one taste like it was made with the baby bottle pop watermelon dip power-amazing. The strawberry banana actually tasted like individual flavors coming together the banana flavor imitated the banana laffy taffy I was impressed, and they were like only $2. They have rock candy suckers here! You don't see those everywhere, they feel like a cannon event. I noticed they have a huge deli Jekry style. A whole bakery fudge style. And the people that work there in cowboy hats which I thought was really cute. Was it worth the hype? Sure. Be prepared to spend at least an hour on your port break during a road trip. The view at the pump is beautiful as are most views in Tennessee. Saw some things I've never seen before even in the checkout line, energy packs that look like zyns. And specialty mints in interesting flavors.

This is my first and possibly last Bucee's experience…read more Outside: YES--Cheapest gas--a full $0.70 cheaper than any other stations along the highway!!! That alone was worth the stop, but the rest of the experience was less than expected. By the pumps, there are no windshield washer squeegees anywhere, so you cannot clean the bugs off of your windshield. The pay-at-the-pump interface was frustrating. It would not accept my Discover card. I used my Visa, and it locked into selling me only 15 gallons. The only great part of the refueling experience was the price and the zero wait for a pump because they have so many of them. Also, this location has a car wash, and the purchase option was imbedded in the gas purchase--I didn't want it, but accidentally got it. I guess that would be one way to clean the windows, but be aware as you're trying to buy gas. Inside: The inside is huge. It's like someone took a Walmart and placed restrooms and food kiosks in the center of it. The women's bathroom was awesomely clean. It's huge with individual doored stall-rooms along the walls with green (open) and red (busy) lights above the door, so you can quickly find a stall that's open. The entire center of the bathroom is full of sinks/soap/paper towels. It was spotlessly clean and the highlight of the whole experience. Food: Having seen another Yelp review, we got 2 XXL BBQ Brisket sandwiches and Buc-ee's chips and 2 $0.99 fountain drinks. We also picked up a small bag of chocolate covered pretzels. That lunch cost us $41, and there was nowhere to sit to eat it. The expectation is that you go back out to your car to eat. After being in the car for 6 hours, I didn't want to eat in the car, so we found a lamppost in the shade that we used as a "table" and stood to eat. Service: Everyone working at this location was helpful and friendly, so the service is great. Recommendation: If you are looking for a clean bathroom and cheaper gas--this is an awesome place to stop!! Of course, the cheaper gas price is how they draw you in, then they make up the loss in inside sales, especially food. There are many food choices, which is also good, as long as you intend to eat in the car. If you get the BBQ sandwich, I would get the one without the sauce.
