I've never needed a sign before, but when I did, a year ago, Fast Signs was very accommodating, and delivered fast, efficient service. I recently needed a touch-up and once again, they were there in a flash. They also email occasionally to see if I need anything else, don't flood my email with constant hounding like some businesses. Very nice folks work here but communication is not good at all. I needed a very specific type of sign that is everywhere, yet for some reason they could not understand what I needed and made two totally different types of signs. I tried to order locally because of a time crunch (I regularly order form online sign ships) but now I'm over a week overdue and went to pick up the signs and they are STILL wrong. I have never had a problem like this before with getting this type of sign ordered so I still can't figure out what the heck went wrong and why they can't seem to get it right. read more

After dealing with Uprinting.com and constantly having issues with them I decided to just go to a local place so I can explain in person what I wanted. I was tired of sending in high res images only to get back blurry signs that I was blamed for because of my files. The good thing about Fastsigns is you get inperson customer service and don't have to worry about crossing your fingers and hoping that the company doesnt mess up. Ever since I switched over my projects to get printed by Fastsigns I have not had 1 issue. This place is AS GOOD AS IT GETS for anything printed, just about. I have used it 3 or 4 times for T-Signs for Golf and Disc Golf Tournaments. Fast - beautiful work - and ahead of my schedule, which, is always last minute! Great employees - great work !! Worst customer service. So incredibly rude. I wanted a few window stickers printed for my business which is new and will need a lot of printing so an opportunity missed on their part. I should've walked right out after telling the woman I was new at this and needed guidance and that I wanted some window stickers done because she said "oooookaaaaayyy....." with a look on her face that said "and that means what to me" and to that I said your looking at me like you don't know what I'm talking about and she said she never heard of anyone wanting that but she could. Lady.... they're on your website. People get them. Anyways, after several rude, demeaning, and frankly shaming comments about how I wasn't understanding how things work I cut her off and said you know what... I'm just not getting a good vibe from you, thanks anyways and I went over to sign dynamics in Rohnert Park. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and go straight to sign dynamics where they are helpful and make you feel welcome and appreciated. To the lady who "helped" me today at Fast Signs: no one comes out of the womb knowing how vinyl printing works... sometimes you might have to help educate and guide the customer, it's your job. I was surprised at all the negative reviews, since my experience was FANTASTIC! I do notice alot of the negative reviews are older ones, so maybe that is a reflection of the previous owners. They have new owners now, and I had a great experience with them. I needed a magnetic decal made for my car. I also needed it quickly. I called and the phone was answered promptly. They emailed me the bid that day. They said it would take a few days to make the decal.They said late Friday or early Monday. Something urgent came up and I needed it Friday at 11am. I called Friday at 9am to ask if they could have it ready Friday at 11am.(Even though I knew that might be impossible) To my surprise they pulled a few strings, at no extra charge, and rushed my order and it was ready Friday at 11am. And the decal was PERFECT. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service.I will use them in the future and HIGHLY recommend them! read more
