Our directional signs at Carl's Body Shop in Cotati were getting old and ragged, so we called Kevin at Fast Signs. He came out the next day and looked at our signs, gave us a quote a couple of days later, which we excepted. Within a couple of weeks had new beautiful signs up. They even went the extra miles and hung our new open sign up for us. With all that said, we highly recommend Fast Signs and will definitely use them for any future need. great service from this company I will go back to them because they always follow through and get the work done on time read more

I've never needed a sign before, but when I did, a year ago, Fast Signs was very accommodating, and delivered fast, efficient service. I recently needed a touch-up and once again, they were there in a flash. They also email occasionally to see if I need anything else, don't flood my email with constant hounding like some businesses. I'll happily go back to them when the need arises. read more

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews - my experience with Fast Signs was absolutely amazing! Maureen was a HUGE help in getting my signs ready in just a matter of hours, and I could be more appreciative of the extremely quick turnaround and service that I experienced. I will definitely be ordering here again for any additional signage needs! read more

Called in to discuss a car wrap and the guy that answered was extremely rude. It was as if he didn't want my business at all, so great, you won't get it. read more

I don't often write negative reviews, as I want to think maybe it was just a bad day, but I made a call to the store and asked for a little help planning a project and what I got back was once we get your money we'll help you. It really took me back as I have worked with this store as a real estate agent for many years and sent others there. Anyway, if you know exactly what you want maybe get a quote from them and if they are low bidder, their product is probably the same as others offer. read more

Everything about the process was great! Maureen Pettit was so incredibly patient, helpful and attentive to my needs especially as a new customer. She helped me with everything from picking/ finding the font to the layout. Ben Flolo was awesome on sight for the instaltion of the window lettering. He was kind, curious and did a phenomenal job! I am very pleased with the overall service of this company. I am very much looking forward to working with them again in the future. read more

Kevin was a huge help to me in ordering a custom 3x5 standard flag. They don't do flags at this location so he sent it out but I had it in 2 days and it came out great! And, their price was the best I found in the area. I called about 6 places looking for quick delivery and reasonable pricing. Kevin delivered on both counts. read more

Very nice folks work here but communication is not good at all. I needed a very specific type of sign that is everywhere, yet for some reason they could not understand what I needed and made two totally different types of signs. I tried to order locally because of a time crunch (I regularly order form online sign ships) but now I'm over a week overdue and went to pick up the signs and they are STILL wrong. I have never had a problem like this before with getting this type of sign ordered so I still can't figure out what the heck went wrong and why they can't seem to get it right. read more

We had some pretty specific needs for the color matching on our business logo. After one failed attempt we felt bad that it didn't work out. Fast Signs was really cool about re-running our job at no charge and we've had a great relationship since. Great quality and service. read more

After dealing with Uprinting.com and constantly having issues with them I decided to just go to a local place so I can explain in person what I wanted. I was tired of sending in high res images only to get back blurry signs that I was blamed for because of my files. The good thing about Fastsigns is you get inperson customer service and don't have to worry about crossing your fingers and hoping that the company doesnt mess up. Ever since I switched over my projects to get printed by Fastsigns I have not had 1 issue. I have to pay a bit more but it's 100% right to do it right the first time and not have to pay twice for the wrong work. read more

Rude and acted like they didn't want me business.. guy said it would be $100 per hour to design and it could take a long time. I wanted one sticker made... 14x30. What a joke. read more

Maureen was great in helping us order vinyl stickers. She as quick to respond to our quote request and any changes we made. She was also very patience while I waited for approval for the order. Once approved, the order was processed quickly and ready for pick up in no time. Thank you!!!! read more

The worst service I have received from any business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Over a month without a price quote. The quote was promised to be delivered on 4 different occasions over the month including twice this week. Still not here. Total flakes will never deal with again. read more

Worst customer service. So incredibly rude. I wanted a few window stickers printed for my business which is new and will need a lot of printing so an opportunity missed on their part. I should've walked right out after telling the woman I was new at this and needed guidance and that I wanted some window stickers done because she said "oooookaaaaayyy....." with a look on her face that said "and that means what to me" and to that I said your looking at me like you don't know what I'm talking about and she said she never heard of anyone wanting that but she could. Lady.... they're on your website. People get them. Anyways, after several rude, demeaning, and frankly shaming comments about how I wasn't understanding how things work I cut her off and said you know what... I'm just not getting a good vibe from you, thanks anyways and I went over to sign dynamics in Rohnert Park. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and go straight to sign dynamics where they are helpful and make you feel welcome and appreciated. To the lady who "helped" me today at Fast Signs: no one comes out of the womb knowing how vinyl printing works... sometimes you might have to help educate and guide the customer, it's your job. If you don't like it then find a new one. You're not doing anyone any favors by staying in a job you hate ESPECIALLY yourself. read more

I was surprised at all the negative reviews, since my experience was FANTASTIC! I do notice alot of the negative reviews are older ones, so maybe that is a reflection of the previous owners. They have new owners now, and I had a great experience with them. I needed a magnetic decal made for my car. I also needed it quickly. I called and the phone was answered promptly. They emailed me the bid that day. They said it would take a few days to make the decal. They said late Friday or early Monday. Something urgent came up and I needed it Friday at 11am. I called Friday at 9am to ask if they could have it ready Friday at 11am.(Even though I knew that might be impossible) To my surprise they pulled a few strings, at no extra charge, and rushed my order and it was ready Friday at 11am. And the decal was PERFECT. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service.I will use them in the future and HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Very fast quote and sign production after the proof was agreed to. On my first sign, they created the visual that was above my expectations to the point I made no changes at all. I liked the color and size they chose for the text and the way they arranged it. This was especially appreciated as I was not even sure they would be up for business so soon after the Big Fire. I've worked with Shawn on a number of projects and he has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. He's a pleasure to work with.

We use FastSigns for our company, including A-Frame signs, bus signs, etc. They are great about keeping me in the loop on projects. I have had to reach out to them for old artwork and they are nice enough to send it over so I don't have to start from scratch. They get you quotes within the hour most of the time and will call for clarification if needed. Great company to work with! read more

I work at a local hospital. We went in with an idea for ER flow when our computers were on downtime. Not only did they assist with a few ideas but when one of them didn't quite work out due to our staff, fast sign staff redid the items for free. Then on another product that had a tiny blip on it, they gave them to us at no charge. They currently just came up with another brilliant design and created it in 2 days. Service was always exceptional!!!! Thank you fast sign. Kimberly read more
