All qualities I was in need of. She rushed my order, did an amazing job blowing up a smaller pixel photo to a large format using computer techniques. A real pro, she was able to tell me what sizes would work according to what we have and what photoshopping can do. We decided on something , I ran to get a frame, and she put the whole thing together, charging hardly anything for all the things-- rush job, putting the finished product into the matting and frame, etc. I also met her partner (I assume), another woman, and Jennifer told me, "We are a small business, it's just she and me." Other reviews or comments may not agree when it comes to their promptness of service, but what they don't usually take into account is, it's not always the employees you see that are to blame for this. I believe this is mostly due to a lack of staffing or the scheduling of them. Not to mention the other issue, that being the customers that these employees have to deal with. You know the ones that don't have their stuff together or just flat out have a less than amiable attitude. Anyways, this is my favorite UPS store.
