No one could sleep upstairs. I called the service line, requested emergency services with the understanding of the after hours fee. When you have no A/C, you'll pay anything for comfort. Was told a technician would reach out to me. NOTHING! Next day, I called again, same thing, and it was a robotic answering service. It has been a full 48 hours and Monday being a business day, and I never received a phone call from a technician. If I could get a refund on my Annual Savings Program, I would.
