The issues were SIMPLE : 2 places with open wiring and 2 places to set the equipment - 1 hour work . These people didn't go for that, but finally gave numbers $ 400 and $ 350. ( 1 hour job!). Meanwhile one more company, Enlightened Electric was answering my text. They were perfect, made arrangement and I sent pictures, discussed details and came to the price $ 250 Cash. Fine with me, they promised to do the job next morning. That what they did. Arrived right in time, we compare pictures, I should places of issues and... less than an hour the job was professionally done, results pictured and report of the job was done in an hour. I like such business model: quick, Efficient and professional. That is what we want from our Local Businesses ! Thank you ! Stay tune.

I was able to get an appointment within two days. The Service tech Dale came out and identified the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly. He tightened up a wire in my breaker box and replaced two outlets. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them. It was $150 for the service call and three dollars for the parts. Which I think the $150 is pretty standard in the industry unless you have a Duke energy program which I do not.

My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done. When we've contacted Mike he's promised to come out and never shows up - Its been a year now and Mike has blocked me and the office won't take my calls. i've left messages that I thought we'd been very patient. I didnt understand how you plan three days for a job that should have taken a day or a day and a half until I watched them work. One of the guys did nothing pretty much but hold the ladder once in a while. It has been over a year I think and the lights they put in my closet, have completely fallen from the ceiling , the light in the outside patio area has not worked consistently and now doesnt work at all. They sent out different people each time, no one experienced enough to get it fixed. We paid for it I am certain mo0re than once. Do not use them. The staff doesn't not have the experience or the training to do the job. I know we were charged incorrectly and overcharged at that. I would not use this company again.
