Instead tech spent all his time playing with the breaker box in another room and taking photos, trying to find something wrong to justify his job existence. Tech claimed breaker box was not to code. Turns out tech was wrong and did not understand that manufactured home breaker boxes in Brookridge Golf Community are under DOT code and not Hernando county housing code. Tech complained that breaker box did not have original mounting screws , Tech was snippy and thought he could talk down to seniors. His manager called and verified that tech was incorrect about building code. And that the breaker box mounting screws could simply be replaced. And that it was not the big deal that the tech had tried to make it. And that I did not need a New breaker box as the tech tried to imply. Note: I do not recommend Tru-Line Electric. And it is my opinion that the tech that came to my home was not knowledgeable and was disrespectful. I am so glad that I called anther electric company to replace my screen-room outlet. Different electric company was in and out within 30 minutes with No nonsense.

They are prompt, communicate when running early or behind, and clean up after themselves. We appreciate his flexibility, as Dennis was understanding and willing to work in our house that was torn up from a remodel and was able to work while renovation electricians were also flipping circuit breakers and reschedule with us when some work could t be done due to other constraints.
