Fast service will only wait 25 minute. They will charge your card multiple times and after they cannot serve the papers they act as if they now are the law also and act like they have the right to give or receive an affidavit of attempts to serve. I highly recommend not using them read more

This place is fast to take your money but takes their time to give you proof the other person was served. They were able to serve the other party for us on May 31st according to their papers that we received as proof TODAY. Our court case was pushed to the side because they expect you to go down to the court and provide the proof yourself but you don't receive that proof until almost a month later. They were beyond empathetic helpful, and attentive.i was in a domestic situation where I needed an order placed as soon as possible for my safety and my animals safety. They not only responded to every single email and phone call immediately, but they served the person right away securing my safety legally. They celebrated with me on the phone when I was almost in tears as the person had been dodging the police. Thank you for everything you guys do. Worst place to expect service from. They took my money and blatantly lied about making attempts to serve the other party. Then adding insult to injury they offered to make two more attempts for a mere $150! This place is not reputable and I would not recommend it to anyone truly in need of serving someone fast. Not only was I left trying to find another server last minute but I was also out money! My advice to anyone considering fastserve is to keep looking and don't waste your time! If you are looking for a company to have someone serve this is not the one. Their Communications was unclear, they stated there would be one try within 72 hours and another one there after. They called to inform us that they had did both within the 72 hour. The den explained to us that they were told the person we were trying to have served have left the premises with a toothache for the day. I don't know about you but in the state of Arizona it is illegal for any company disclose medical to disclose personal medical information of their employees so this was a lie. They also said that person had left at 1 when we in fact had called at 3 p.m. that same day to confirm the person we needed to have serve with still there. Company then proceeded to call us and state that because the first two attempts we're unsuccessful we needed to pay an additional $150 to have another try. When we express our dissatisfaction with their services and see if there was any way that they could help us out due to the deadline and the time wasted trying to get this person served. They were unwilling! I will let you know there are a lot of other services out there that will have people served for less money actually get the job done. I will say after we escalated, a refund was offered but we have yet to see that. We ended up calling a company called we serve law, and after hearing about our experience with fastserve they offered Taylor do it for free! You don't have to take my word you can go through the experience for yourself but I would start with someone else, just saying!!!!! read more

This place is terrible! They quoted me $50 twice and when I went to go and pay they said they wouldn't do it for under $150!!! They knew the location and the type of paperwork ahead of time and they still tried to charge me TRIPLE of what I was quoted that same day. Total BS and horrible business practice. read more

Okay so it took them around 5 days to serve this document and the other party was not supposed to be opposed to accepting it since they knew it was coming and had asked for it. That being said I did find it odd it took several "attempts" with the only answer as Not Available for why it did not get delivered. The woman or women who answered the phone however were AWESOME. They always called back and checked in with me when I requested. Great customer service but not the best servers in my humble opinion. However, it did get served. The paperwork I still don't have back but they said they were backed up and I appreciate honesty. They told me maybe this weekend and I am okay with that. For a first time it was stressful and I probably would look to someone who may have guaranteed times next time if I need it. But it got served and I can relax now. Total cost $75 for 3 pages of family/custody paperwork, sent in on Tuesday served on Sunday. read more
