Over a week ago, I arranged to have this company come to remove a queen bed/box spring today. They promised to come by between 1-2PM. They never showed, so my roommate called the rep (Marcus) . . . You know, I would have given them some slack if they had the common courtesy to call me back, apologize, and commit to making things right by honoring their commitment the next day. Update: 9/21/19. Marcus texted me yesterday to apologize for the mix-up and for not coming by to pick up our old bed yesterday as promised. And they kept their word! Another big plus for me. They got here minutes before 10AM, again apologized for their failure to come by yesterday, and quickly removed the old furniture.
