Horrible service. I generally like to support small businesses, but this business sucks! I have…read morefurniture coming tomorrow. Over a week ago, I arranged to have this company come to remove a queen bed/box spring today. They promised to come by between 1-2PM. They never showed, so my roommate called the rep (Marcus) . . . "he forgot about the appointment and was heading to the junk yard already". He said that he "might" be able to come by after or tomorrow, Saturday. We called to confirm if/when he would be coming, no answer. I texted, no answer. How does a business operate like this?? This company only had 1 review and it was rated a 4. I took a chance because I surmised they were a small business and the price was reasonable. I should have gone with a reputable company with many more reviews. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. You know, I would have given them some slack if they had the common courtesy to call me back, apologize, and commit to making things right by honoring their commitment the next day. But no . . . dead silence! If you're reading this post, do yourself a favor and find a reputable company company with more reviews, because this company wasted our entire day today. They simply suck! Update: 9/21/19. Marcus texted me yesterday to apologize for the mix-up and for not coming by to pick up our old bed yesterday as promised. I appreciated that as we all make mistakes from time to time, and that apology was a big plus for me. He agreed to be here today by 10AM to do the pick up before my new furniture arrives. And they kept their word! Another big plus for me. They got here minutes before 10AM, again apologized for their failure to come by yesterday, and quickly removed the old furniture. Will I use them again?? Absolutely! Why? Because of how they responded to my disappointment and frustration from yesterday. Junk Removal Crew has redeemed themselves in my eyes and they will be the first ones I call when I have similar needs in the future. Thank you Marcus!

Communication became inconsistent, responses were not timely, and the contracted job was never completed despite multiple opportunities, delays, and assurances that the work would be finished. After weeks of waiting and repeated excuses, we ultimately had to hire someone else to complete the project. It was disappointing to see the relationship end this way, especially after so many positive experiences in the past.
