After 30 years of…read moregetting 20 yard dumpsters for my manufacturing company that started at the $250 rate and the last was up to $375 I was a bit sticker shocked when I started looking for dumpsters to clear out my place a few years after shutting down. The Rate at MST started as some of the most competitive but I can't say much for the scale process as I had different weights in these dumpsters and always seemed to end up in the 5 plus tone range. That part I didn't like very much but I still think that could happen anywhere. I need to say, every single time I made a call to this place whether after hours or during hours I received the best customer service out of any dumpster company in years. Waste Management had taken over for a few years and they are a bread of their own. MST every call is pleasant, they show up when they say they will. Even the drivers call you to say they are on their way. They are professional and not the primadonnas who have horrible attitudes of the past. This company is well built with the customer service we all have been missing. Now if they could get this scale fixed
