Excellent Excellent Excellent!!! Louisa is amazing!! It was a Friday and I needed 500 color copies printed 10 minutes before they closed. Not only were they able to do it for me but they did a excellent job. The were able to adjust and rework my proof for me so it fit. The printing job was perfect. I receive many compliments and best of all there prices were half of what Kinkos or all local stores were charging. I will certainly be returning for all future jobs. I have nothing but good reviews for Fast Printing! I had visited so many printing business but it was Fast Printing that gave me the best and affordable price. I ordered 300 banners from them and the outcome/quality was fantastic. I had been talking with Louisa throughout our business transaction. This was my first time printing a large sum of banners so I was pretty confused with the process but she was patient, nice, and kindly accommodated all my questions. Other businesses would give me ridiculous prices and would take too long to answer (or wouldn't explain exactly how they will get the job done) so I'm glad I was able to find fast printing. 10/10 will recommend them. I do not recommend them if you're looking for quality or detailed prints. I went to fast printing Chatsworth to print size 11 x 14 photos for an advertisement print that i needed. They had it ready the same day (this was great) however when i went to pick up the prints, i noticed immediately that the prints were super pixelated. I told David at front counter that this is unacceptable and non-useable for what i needed it for, and kindly asked if they can honor a reprint for me since they werent useable. (fast forward) Luisa the manager called me and said she can not do a reprint, the best was 50% off on a reprint. I still proceeded with the purchase because for me it wasnt about the money, were talking just $30-$40, but what bothered me most was the lack of attention to detail. I would think that after seeing the first print (being pixelated) they would stop production and call customer about it, plus i dont feel like i should of had to pay for a reprint if the first delivery was absolutely unacceptable. To top off my experience after paying for the reprint and getting the final result, the print had small water spots on the photos. I asked the front counter guy about it, and he said that they've never seen that flaw ever before (B.S). Not recommended, i could've went to Fedex Office for these prints at a lower cost but chose to shop local, and instead was unvalued as a customer. I guess they're good for fast turn around, but i you need quality prints, i dont think this is the place. Our company has been using Fast Printing for just over two years now. We use them exclusively for our printing needs in our Fresno, CA office. The website is easy to navigate and uploading your artwork is simple and goes very quickly. There always seems to be someone in the office when I call and everyone on staff is helpful and quick to answer my questions. Their prices are good! I love that I do not have to sacrifice quality in order to get a bargain price. They are professional and the turn around time is very fast. We are in CA so our orders usually come the day after they are shipped. I have family who lives in Chatsworth so from time to time we will order and have family pick up the order for us.
